The Space

Casa Kidd is a secluded luxury villa in Guacalito de la Isla, Nicaragua, designed by David McLay Kidd, the mastermind behind Guacalito’s world-class golf course. The property features ocean views and a beach-entry infinity pool overlooking a stunning bay.

Located within the exclusive gated community of Guacalito de la Isla on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast, this 5,000-square-foot villa offers privacy, comfort, and easy access to the surrounding natural beauty.

The property includes:

• Three private luxury casitas
• A spacious living area
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A living room with television
• A beach-entry infinity pool
• A bar area with bathrooms
• Ocean views from nearly every corner of the property
• Access to a professional golf course designed by David McLay Kidd, available for an additional fee

Casitas

• Main Casita: Deluxe king-size bed, air conditioning, spacious furnished living area, and an annex with two twin beds. Capacity: four people.
• Casita #2: Deluxe king-size bed, air conditioning, and furnished living area. Capacity: two people.
• Casita #3: Deluxe king-size bed, air conditioning, and furnished living area. Capacity: two people.

Each casita includes a private indoor shower and outdoor shower.

The property also has staff quarters with a kitchen, one bathroom, and sleeping space for two people.

Total capacity: Up to 10 people, including eight guests in the main casitas and two people in the staff quarters.

Casa Kidd is a six-minute walk or three-minute drive from Guacalito Beach and its exquisite restaurant, making it an ideal base for relaxation or adventure.

The nightly rate does not include the Day Pass.

Guest Access

During your stay, the entire house is exclusively yours to enjoy.

Beach Access and Beach Club Areas

Beach access is free for all guests. To reach the beach, follow the path next to the Pro Shop, located behind the Beach Club.

Daybeds and private areas at the Beach Club are not included in the rental price. These spaces are reserved for Beach Club guests and may be used only with the purchase of a Day Pass.

Day Pass Rates

• $50 per person, per day, during the regular season
• $100 per person, per day, during the high season

To purchase a Day Pass, coordinate directly with the Guacalito de la Isla concierge.

Additional Information

Access to the world-class golf course is available for an additional fee, which is not included in the rental price.

Because Casa Kidd is located within a gated community, guests must provide a complete list of all guests and valid identification documents during the booking process. This information will be submitted to the community’s main gate. All guests must also present their valid identification documents in person upon arrival at the gate.
