Absolutely perfect beachfront condo; bright, airy rooms with tall ceilings, large bathrooms, and a sunset patio we lived on when not at the beach. The semi‑private, swimmable beach was peaceful with no vendors; we snorkeled right off the shore. Hosts supplied everything for beach days: umbrella, chairs, multiple coolers, plus thoughtful extras like a bag of purified ice, laundry pods, and everyday spices (salt, pepper, olive oil). Two comfortable king size beds and a queen sofa bed, plus high‑speed internet made the stay easy for everyone. Arriving after a long travel day we loved the ability to grab a late lunch at the on‑property restaurant. Impeccably maintained, beautifully appointed, and stocked with conveniences that let you relax. Highly recommend!

We just finished an 8-day vacation at this condo and wanted to leave a fair review for future guests. The property is exactly as shown in the listing—clean, comfortable, with a nice pool and beautiful ocean views. Beds were large with hotel linens and towels. However, it’s important to highlight something that wasn’t fully disclosed from the listing or prior reviews. While there is mention of discounted pricing due to nearby construction noise, the proximity is closer than expected. The construction is 20-30ft from the balcony and at the same level. This resulted in not only noise but lots of dust, and a severe lack of privacy, with workers in direct view every weekday from 7am to 5pm. Had we fully understood how close and disruptive the construction would be, we likely would have considered other places and most likely at a higher price level. That said, if you’re budget-conscious and willing to accept these drawbacks, the condo itself is a great value and offers a pleasant stay.

Everything was excellent, the apartment, the amenities, the location, etc. The only detail is the building they are building next door that blocks the view and above all that from 7:00 am they started to work and there was too much noise. External issues, but they affected everything outside, everything was excellent

We came after Hurricane Priscilla had just passed and were there for tropical storm Randy. During this time they were very responsive and helpful with information on safety and how to navigate roads, and when to stock up and stay off roads. Due to the Hurricane, the maids were not able to stop by before hand, but property managers were responsive to help us find what we needed to clean up quickly. We also had an air conditioner not work on arrival, but due to the hurricane, it was hard to get someone out, yet they got someone there that night and resolved the problem by the next morning. I think they did a great job handling all the unexpected issues quickly and communicated very well during the process. They are very responsive and helpful about everything. I would definitely stay again, even though we had bad weather that caused trouble, they went out of their way to try and fix everything quickly. Thank you for having us, we hope to see you again in the not to distant future.
