Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the rancho, barbecue area, private pool, and front yard. The pool is exclusively available to your group.

The friendly caretakers live in a separate residence behind the home. They respect guests’ privacy and do not use the shared spaces.

Location and Access

The villa is located along a quaint dirt beach road lined with other homes. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is not required for access.

Outdoor Amenities

Guests have exclusive use of the entire front yard, including the pool, outdoor barbecue and dining area, and carport parking.

Water

The home’s water is filtered through a reverse osmosis system. A dedicated drinking-water faucet is located on the right side of the kitchen sink.

Showers

The showers provide warm water heated electrically at the showerhead. This setup is common in Costa Rica but may be unfamiliar to some guests.

Tropical Environment

Because of the tropical setting, guests may occasionally see bugs despite regular, environmentally friendly pest treatments.

Climate

Esterillos Oeste enjoys warm weather year-round, typically ranging from 80°F to 90°F. The area is popular with surfers and beachgoers.

Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms, while fans cool the common areas. The pool is ideal for cooling off and is illuminated for nighttime swimming.
