The Space

Stay just steps from 5th Avenue in a stylish top-floor apartment with rooftop access. The apartment features:

• Cozy king-size beds
• Spacious, luxurious bathrooms
• A large sofa in the living room beside the balcony
• Electronic entry locks, so you do not need to carry keys
• Ceiling fans and air conditioning
• Fast fiber Wi-Fi
• A quiet, well-equipped second bedroom suitable for remote work

The building offers access to four rooftop pools, including three heated pools, as well as a bar with ocean views.

The apartment is within a five-minute walk of:

• 5th Avenue
• Shops
• Restaurants
• Nightlife
• The beach

Parking

A parking garage RFID card is available upon request for access to the downstairs parking area. A deposit is required when the card is provided and will be refunded at checkout once the card is returned.

Complimentary Starter Kit

A starter kit is provided upon arrival and includes:

• Toilet paper
• A trash bag for the container
• Soap
• Shampoo
• Coffee
• Sugar
• Sweetener or creamer
• Bottled water

These items are not restocked. If additional supplies are needed, guests can purchase them locally.

Salt, oil, and pepper are available upon request. Requests must be submitted before 5:00 p.m.

Linens and Cleaning

Daily cleaning is not included in the rental rate. Cleaning services can be scheduled with at least 24 hours' advance notice.

Sheets and towels can be changed for an additional fee, and full cleaning service is also available at an extra cost. For stays of seven nights or longer, a weekly change of linens and towels is mandatory and subject to an additional charge.

Please take care of the linens and towels. Do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup, as additional fees may apply.

Travel Crib

A travel crib is available for $15 per stay and includes a mattress, sheets, and a blanket.

• Advance request and confirmation are required.
• Availability is limited.
• Please contact us early to reserve a crib for your child.

Sofa Bed

If you require the sofa bed, please notify us by 4:00 p.m. on the day of check-in so the necessary linens can be provided. Requests received after this time may not be fulfilled the same day.

Utilities

For short-term bookings, 15 kWh of electricity are included per night. Additional usage is charged at MXN 3 per kWh.

For bookings of 28 nights or longer, electricity is billed separately.
