From the moment you enter, the home’s warm and inviting atmosphere is apparent. Large living room and dining room windows connect the interior with the surrounding landscape, creating a harmonious setting. Thoughtful details can be found throughout the home, including artwork and furniture made from antique and recycled objects.

The living room, kitchen, and dining room comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and provide an ideal space for spending time with friends and family. The spacious living room features a double-height ceiling, board games, books, a television, and DVDs. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and dining.

All bedrooms have spacious private bathrooms.

Surrounded by plants and overlooking the fountain and garden, the charming terrace is accessible from both the living room and dining room. It is a relaxing spot to enjoy San Miguel de Allende’s warm, sunny weather.

As part of a condominium community, the home offers 24-hour security and access to a clubhouse with a variety of amenities:
