Important: Indah Amenities Access Fee

Indah by Sayan’s condominium administration requires a mandatory amenities access fee of approximately $35 USD per condominium, per night, payable in Mexican pesos.

• The fee is charged per condominium, not per guest.
• It applies to every reservation, regardless of the number of guests.
• It is paid directly to the condominium administration or security desk upon arrival.
• It is not included in the Airbnb reservation total.
• The fee is established and collected exclusively by the condominium administration.
• The property owner does not collect or receive this fee and cannot waive it.

The fee provides access to Indah’s resort amenities throughout your stay.

Guest Access

During your stay, you will have private access to the entire 2,900-square-foot condominium, along with Indah by Sayan’s shared resort amenities.

Important Guidelines

Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests

The condominium accommodates a maximum of 6 registered guests. For security and building regulations, everyone must be included in the reservation. Individuals who are not properly registered may be denied access by building security.

Please Care for Our Home

We take great pride in maintaining the condominium for our guests and kindly ask that you treat the home, furnishings, appliances, glassware, and décor with care. Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay.

Condo Belongings

Furniture, kitchenware, glassware, linens, décor, and other items belonging to the condominium must remain inside the property.

Prohibited Activities

The condominium may not be used for illegal activities, including the use of illegal drugs.

Other Things to Note

Airport Transportation

Airport transportation is not included with your stay. However, getting to Indah is easy, with Uber, taxis, and private transportation services readily available from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

If you prefer to arrange transportation in advance, we will be happy to recommend a trusted local transportation service upon request.

Exceptional Cleanliness and Care

We take great pride in welcoming guests to a clean, fresh, and carefully prepared home.

Before every arrival, our professional cleaning team thoroughly cleans and prepares the entire condominium, paying special attention to frequently touched surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen areas, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas.

Our goal is simple: when you open the door, we want you to feel immediately comfortable, relaxed, and confident that the home has been thoughtfully prepared for your stay.
