Parking
The home is located in a gated community with parking for two cars:
- One car inside the garage
- One car in front of the house
Visitor parking is available but not guaranteed. If the visitor spaces are full, additional cars may be parked on the street outside the gated community, within walking distance of the house.
Visitor Parking
After entering the private community, visitor parking spaces are located on the right. They are marked with a white “V.”
Please do not park in any space that is not marked with a “V.” Parking in private spaces or properties may result in a notification of a subdivision fine. Fines start at $500.
Guest Access
Guests have unlimited access to the entire house through self-check-in.

For your convenience, the following are provided:

- One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- One roll of paper towels
- One trash bag
Smaller bath towels are provided for bathroom use. You may wish to bring extra towels for Jacuzzi use.
To help us maintain clean white towels and linens for all guests, please do not use them to clean the house or wipe up spills. A roll of paper towels is provided for cleaning.
You will need to provide the remaining supplies you require, including:

Pantry items are not provided. You may wish to purchase salt, pepper, oil, coffee, and charcoal for the barbecue.

This houses pictures did not do it justice. It was just a beautiful house all around an was way better in person !!! I definitely recommend staying here an paty was just a great host all around. Made my trip way better an helped about with giving me clear instructions. 10/10 !!!!!

Well equipped, I would recommend bringing extra towels for personal hygiene if you are a large group. Good layout of space, the house is just as it is in the photos, with a good location within a private area where tranquility predominates.

***Save Your Money!!! When we first checked in, we noticed the house had an odor and hadn’t been cleaned. The toilet had stains in and around the toilet seat, there was toilet paper in the sink with yellow stains. There were red stains on the outdoor patio (seemed to be blood). One of the rooms had a moldy smell then we figured out why, the ac had a leak and the water covered the floor. We were not able to use that room so one of our guests had to sleep over with family. The water pressure was poor, barely enough to rinse ourselves. Then we noticed we didn’t have any hot water. We had to shower at a family members home due to the host not replying in a timely manner. She read the messages and failed to reply. I am still fighting for my refund. This is our first time having a bad experience with Airbnb. I do not recommend this place, save your money!
