As part of our commitment to transparency, please note that a nearby property will be completing a small construction project during September and October. The work is relatively far from the villa, and we expect little to no disruption for guests. Occasionally, minor construction sounds may be heard during regular daytime working hours.

The views of Arenal Volcano will remain completely unchanged, and the property's overall experience, privacy, and peaceful atmosphere should not be affected.
