Condominium Noise Regulations

Bambu condominium is committed to ensuring that all guests enjoy their stay. For this reason, strict noise regulations are in place.

• During the day, music and other noise must remain at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other residents or guests in neighboring homes.
• From 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m., all noise is prohibited. This is the designated quiet period.
• To prevent excessive noise, the use of private outdoor areas is prohibited after 9:00 p.m.
• Small gatherings with reasonable noise levels are permitted, but loud parties are not.
• The condominium may impose a fine of 240,000 colones, approximately $480, for noise exceeding the 40-decibel limit. Guests are responsible for paying any applicable fine.

Arrival Information

After making your reservation, please send the following information for every guest:

• Full name
• Passport or national identification number
• Vehicle license plate number

If any guests are minors, please include their age next to their name. This information must be provided to condominium security at least 24 hours before arrival. Please send it through the messages as soon as possible so there is enough time to submit the details.
