The site is exceptional. The whole family fell in love with it. A courtyard and a great pool. Tania was exceptional. This place is spectacular; it's very nice inside. It's a condominium, so there are other apartments on the property where more people are staying, but each one has its own privacy. My friends and I weren't bothered at all. The place is beautiful; it has a pool, and there's a reception area where the girls help with check-in and check-out. They're very friendly and helpful. It's very close to everything, and you can enjoy walking around the city and seeing its beautiful architecture. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it.

Great location, super lovely complex. Really appreciated the flexible checkin and great communication when we needed a last minute place to stay. Very friendly staff, lovely pool, comfortable furniture. Two notes to help others plan. The “small fee” for laundry was $15 usd which surprised me. But laundry service is available at your door. Electricity costs in Nicaragua are high. This is in no way a reflection on the host or condo - they provided a clear meter reading any time. It was almost $10 usd/day for just nighttime bedroom a/c . Enjoyed our stay - likely to return!

Beautiful and private condo complex with a wonderful courtyard! The staff was great and extremely helpful, the location was super convenient, and the unit itself was clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed and lovely overall.
