Recently restored, this three-story house is located inside the walled city and welcomes outside guests. It features double-height ceilings, a rooftop pool, two terraces, and four bedrooms. The property is ideally situated just steps from Plaza San Diego and Mall La Serrezuela.

Enjoy the rooftop pool in the sun, or relax in the shade on the terrace overlooking the garden. The stay includes a full American-style breakfast and housekeeping service from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Breakfast and Cooking Services

A complimentary daily breakfast is prepared by the housekeeper.

If you would like a cook to prepare lunch and appetizers, this can be arranged for $100,000 Colombian pesos per day, approximately $30 per day. Dinner preparation costs $50 each time.

Guests must provide all groceries for lunch, appetizers, and dinner.

Eight of the city’s popular award-winning restaurants are located fewer than 50 steps from the property. Two highly regarded nightclubs are approximately 10 minutes away.

Rates and Important Information

• Base rates vary by season: low, mid, or high.
• Base rates apply to up to eight guests.
• Each additional guest after eight increases the rate by $65 per night.
• Maximum sleeping capacity is 10 guests, including floor mattresses with bases.
• Maximum total occupancy, including outside guests, is 16 people.
• To receive an immediate quote from Airbnb, enter the number of guests and the dates of your stay.
• The property accepts weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, and other types of celebrations.
• All guests, including visitors and overnight guests, must complete a registration form with their name and document number before entering the villa.
• Minors under 18 years of age may only be inside the property when accompanied by their parents.

Outside Guests

The villa is outside-guest friendly for up to 16 people total, including guests staying overnight.

For example, a group of eight overnight guests may invite up to eight additional visitors to the property during the day and night until 5:00 a.m. After 5:00 a.m., only the number of guests listed in the booking may remain inside the house.

Each additional guest present after 5:00 a.m. will be charged $65. The hosts, Jose and Cristina, will kindly ask the primary guest to reduce the number of people inside the property to the number stated in the reservation.

Please include the total group size when booking, as the rate increases by $65 per additional guest per night after eight guests.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• On the day of check-in, luggage may be received after 12:15 p.m.
• On the day of check-out, luggage may be stored until no later than 2:00 p.m.
