The Space

This comfortable apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing everything needed for a relaxing vacation.

The private beach club is luxurious and accessible by golf-cart transportation throughout the complex. The location is especially convenient because it is next to La Isla shopping mall. A private access door is located 20 meters from the tower, allowing guests to walk directly to the mall with children or strollers without needing a car.

The location is also convenient at night. Harry’s restaurant is practically across from the apartment, while SHU is only 50 meters away.

Guest Access

The family-friendly complex offers amenities for both children and adults, including:

• Shower, steam room, and sauna

To visit the beach club, request a golf cart for transportation. The beach club includes restaurant and bar service, and children are welcome.

Additional Information

Daily cleaning service is mandatory and costs 500 pesos. The cleaner is highly trustworthy, patient, and experienced with young children.

She can also prepare simple meals such as chilaquiles, quesadillas, and eggs to order, as well as more elaborate dishes. Cooking costs an additional $200 per day, separate from the cleaning fee. She can also purchase items from outside if needed; guests are responsible for the taxi fare.

Payment is made directly to her in cash, by deposit, or by bank transfer. Payment applies from the day of arrival through the day of departure.

For groups of eight or more guests, an additional-person fee of $650 per night applies. Extra mattresses are available, and additional guests may sleep in the living room or service room. Both children and adults are included in the guest count.

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee of 1,500 pesos.

Residential Regulations and Fines

The following fines apply according to the violation:

• Ice makers in swimming pools or use of non-white towels: $3,000; second warning.
• Pets in restricted areas or elevators: $3,000; second warning.
• Use of inflatables exceeding the permitted dimensions, with a maximum size of 120 centimeters: $3,000; second warning.
• Service staff or nannies using the swimming pools: $5,000; second warning.
• Hanging towels or clothing outside, including on balcony railings: $3,000; second warning.
• Disturbing the peace or creating excessive noise on terraces, including parties: $5,000; second warning.
• Throwing trash from balconies or spitting onto neighbors’ terraces: $5,000; second warning.
• Pets inside swimming pools: $15,000 direct fine.
• Driving above 25 kilometers per hour in parking areas: $2,000; second warning.
• Using an all-terrain vehicle, motorcycle, golf cart, or motor vehicle on bicycle tracks or pedestrian paths, excluding the section from Bali to the beach club: $5,000; second warning.
• Bringing vendors into common areas or the concessioned beach area without management authorization: $3,000; second warning.
• Using common areas without a badge or bracelet: $1,500 per person; second warning.
• Parking in another resident’s space without the owner’s or management’s consent, or parking in a disabled space for more than 15 minutes: $2,000; second warning.
• Any other violation covered by the residential regulations: $1,000; second warning.
