The Space

Tucked away from the street, it offers three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, along with a charming private patio. The home’s central patio is its gathering place, with a large dining table for eight beneath a canopy of bougainvillea and warm string lights. The three bedrooms and living room surround the patio, creating a comfortable and private layout.
Only four steps lead to the entrance. The home includes:
- Bedroom 1: Two double beds, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a Smart TV.
- Bedroom 2: One double bed, a small study area, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a Smart TV.
- Bedroom 3: One double bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a television with SKY.
- Living room: Seating for eight, a half bathroom, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning.
- Kitchenette: Minibar, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, glassware, and drinking water.
- Laundry area: Washing machine and folding clothesline.
Next to the house are two apartments that can be rented together. Ask for the link to the entire complex if you are traveling with a larger group.
Guest Access
The house is part of a charming complex located at the rear of a shared property. Guests enter through a shared entrance also used by the other units. Beyond this area, the house is situated in a more private section.
The house and its private patio are exclusively for the use of you and your accompanying guests.

Security
For your peace of mind, a nighttime security guard is on-site. If a neighbor is making excessive noise, contact us and we will send someone to verify that the house rules are being followed.
City Sounds
Local celebrations are part of Oaxaca’s culture and may create additional noise. Some neighboring homes also have dogs and roosters that could disturb your sleep. Earplugs are provided in the first-aid kit.
Weather and Water
We recommend checking the weather forecast before your stay. Air conditioning is available in every bedroom and in the living room.

Beds and Bedding
The double beds measure 135 centimeters wide by 190 centimeters long.

The location is A+, it’s spacious, and beautiful decorated. I just wish one of the bathrooms had a shower door, I didn’t realize half the sliding door was missing so all my clothes got wet.

Our stay in Oaxaca was lovely. This Airbnb is in a larger collection of homes but feels very private. The rooms are independent and can be locked; they share a common courtyard which goes the other common areas shared by the other homes. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance to all we wanted in the city. We had some issues with the design of the bathrooms and bedrooms (I am 6' and my legs hung over the bed in the bedroom I slept in), but these were relatively minor issues. Other things came up during our stay but our hosts were very responsive to them and addressed them well.

Good, very close to downtown and you can walk everywhere. There was trash in the central courtyard of the house. The smaller bedroom and the bathroom smelled very much of moisture. There was noise all night from a machine that we didn't know what it was, but it doesn't let you sleep.

Our stay was really very pleasant and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt very comfortable and well cared for. The accommodation is in an excellent location, very central and convenient for exploring and enjoying the city. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and have everything you need to have a pleasant stay. One of our favorite spaces was the dining area, which we found especially nice and pleasant for sharing family moments. We also highlight the excellent service from the hosts, who were always attentive to us, very kind and willing to help us with any questions or needs. It was definitely a very nice experience and a place that we would highly recommend. We would love to come back on a future visit.
