The house was incredible. Highly recommend. At different times, multiple members of the group said they were already planning their next stay there. Bahia Solimon is an ideal beach location - peaceful and beautiful. The water is calm and shallow enough to wade in for a distance, so being active in the water was easy. The house provides kayaks, snorkels, flippers, and life vests. Bring water shoes to avoid rocks and coral in the sand. It’s not overwhelming, just unpredictable bits on the ocean floor and shore. The seaweed was minimal in front of the house (while beaches in the hotel zone were covered). Truly the best beach location in the Tulum area. The house is laid out well: common areas were spacious enough to accommodate a full house, and there was enough variety that you could find solitude. The family who manages the house was sweet and helpful and never intrusive. Would return to this house without question!

Amazing place, amazing property, amazing beach. Jere, the groundskeeper and host, was incredibly helpful. Jere cooked for us on two occasions, which was a nice touch that made this booking all the more convenient. His family also cleaned the property daily, and every morning they cleared out the sargassum, the seaweed that covers the entire coast from April to October every year. The sargassum unfortunately came early this year, but Jere and his crew managed to keep a path into the sea open for us. The kayaks were also helpful for getting past the initial seaweed pileup. The bay here is clean and clear a bit farther out, despite the inconvenience of the sargassum closer to the playa. The house was beautiful with great decor and comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you could need (just bring your own coffee). They provided plenty of water for us, too. I would definitely book here again.

I am not sure that I have the words to describe our stay at Lorenzo's place. There were 6 adults and 4 children, all aged under 6. This place was perfect! We took advantage of Jere's amazing culinary expertise. I highly recommend Jere! Lorenzo's housekeeping and groundskeeping staff were 20 out of 10. Very attentive to details and very pleasant. Lorenzo made local recommendations and all that we tried were top notch. If you are unsure about this booking, book it. You will not be disappointed. As I write this, I am wishing to be there on the beach with my book, watching the grandkids enjoy the water, hearing their chatter as they search for treasures in the sand, and having quiet conversations with my family.

This is a beautiful, Mexican style home right on the beach. Our vacation of (7) people was more than relaxing. The Caretaker of the Property, and his family, were most helpful to us and the meals they prepared were delicious. We wil return.

We've stayed at Yamulkan two years in a row now and it's an absolute dream. Jere is an incredible chef and Gisela takes such care in keeping the place so cozy and clean. Best beachfront property on Bahia Soliman hands down! Love staying here and can't wait to come back.

What a magical experience! Our large family with 3 generations stayed comfortably and the location on the beach could not be better. There are a few restaurants, bars, and a spa within walking distance on the beach. The community was gated and felt very safe. The location is a short drive to Tulum and several cenotes and parks. Jere and Gisela, the caretakers, were wonderful and felt like we had local friends to help us with whatever we needed. We booked Jere to cook a few dinners for our large group and they were top notch, local cuisine. The house was kept spotless. We had a very memorable experience and would love to return!

This place was gorgeous. Very private and had all we needed to prepare meals and stay all day if we wanted to. We rented a car and it was very helpful to get to do excursions and groceries. We checked out the Mantaray restaurant and it was great. The place is closed to Tulum center by drive where you can find lots to do. We loved being isolated so this place was perfect. The housekeepers were very helpful keeping the place neat and answered very quickly to any need we had. The beach is beautiful. I would bring water shoes as it has some coral and rocks. We had two kids who enjoyed looking for fish and looking at the coral. We used the kayaks and had a lot of fun going into the ocean. I highly recommend this place

Beautiful, comfortable home. Rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Comfortable beds, working acs. Beautiful beach. Private, lovely. Housekeeping every morning. Close to attractions. Lovely all around. We would love to return! Thank you!

The location is beautiful with the sandy beach right at our doorstep. Close to the house the water is clear and quite shallow, making it excellent for children. We snorkeled right at the house and then went further out in the kayaks for more snorkeling. Lorenzo gave specific instructions for the house's location, which was definitely necessary, as it would have been hard to find without them. Inside a gated community, we felt very safe. The house is luxurious but comfortable and felt like home. The floor plan couldn't have been better, with bathrooms for each unit. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. Lorenzo gave us the number for Jere, the caretaker who lives next door and is also a chef. He created delicious dinners for us on 2 separate nights and was available whenever we needed him. His wife Gisela kept the house immaculate, spending alot of time sweeping the sand which we tracked up from the beach. We loved our time there!

A group of 11 of us, 3 generations, stayed at Lorenzo’s lovely home for a week to celebrate a 60th anniversary. It was the perfect home for us- right on a beautiful beach, perfectly located in a quiet community, with all the amenities we needed. There were beds for all, nooks to hang out in, great outdoor seating, hammocks,… An added bonus was the daily housekeeping by Gisela and the wonderful cooking by Jere, the caretaker. We hired him for 2 special dinners. All in all Lorenzo’s place was the perfect spot for our celebration. Thank you for sharing your home! Tracy and family
