- Five spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a plush king bed, independent air conditioning, and an outdoor terrace with spectacular views.
- More than 5,400 square feet, or approximately 500 square meters, of elegant living space filled with natural light, refreshing breezes, and opportunities to observe local wildlife.
- A bright living room with an 85-inch smart television and comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
- A fully equipped Italian kitchen with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and more.
- Private infinity-edge pools with views of Marino Las Baulas National Park, the ocean, and the sunsets. Please note that only the two bungalows have their own private pools.
- An outdoor bar, barbecue area, and open-air kitchen for socializing beneath the Costa Rican sky.
- A sunset terrace with a large bed, offering an intimate place to relax or admire the evening views.
Bedrooms and Bungalows
The main house contains three bedrooms. Two charming bungalows above the main structure each include:
- A private bathroom.
- A private pool.
- A private terrace.
- A kitchenette with a coffee station.
The layout is well suited to families or groups of friends who value both privacy and shared spaces. Every room features large windows that provide abundant natural light, cooling breezes, and views of the surrounding wildlife.
Comfort and Convenience
- Washer and dryer.
- Three scheduled cleaning services per week.
- Additional cleanings or daily service available upon request through the concierge.
- Four pull-out ottoman-style single sofa beds with thin mattresses and plush pillow tops.
- Movable ottoman beds equipped with wheels for flexible placement.
- Extra beds available upon request for use in the living area or as rollaway beds in one of the villas.
The additional beds are best suited for teenagers, young adults, or lightweight guests. For guests beyond the maximum of 10, an additional fee of $100 per guest, per night applies. These guests will sleep on rollaway beds prepared with a pillow-top feather bed, fluffy pillow, and blanket.
Please advise us in advance if you require extra beds so housekeeping can arrange them in your preferred location before arrival.
Guest Access
We recommend renting a car or gas-powered golf cart. Our concierge can assist with booking transportation or arranging an airport shuttle.
Upon arrival, guests must walk up the access ramp to reach the main living area, which contains three of the bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is accessible by a flight of stairs. The two additional bungalows, each with a private pool, are located up another flight of stairs behind the main living area.

Guest Policy and Community Courtesy
To protect the comfort, safety, and tranquility of all guests and the Senderos community:
- Only guests confirmed on the reservation may stay overnight.
- Parties and events are not permitted at the villa.
- Additional daytime visitors require prior permission from the concierge.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

We had a fantastic time at Effy’s gorgeous house. The home was spotless and beautifully maintained. We took full advantage of all the deck space enjoying endless views from sunrise to sunset. The entire complex is thoughtfully enveloped in nature, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere. There are multiple gathering areas on the property making it perfect for family dinners, game nights and watching sports on the upper deck. Josef was incredibly helpful with planning, transport, recommendations and any questions that arose. The only thing to note is that a four wheel drive vehicle is really a must to navigate the driveway.

Beautiful property and so much to do! We had a great weekend and everyone loved it. I would highly recommend this property if you’re coming to Tamarindo. It does not disappoint!

We had a wonderful stay! The location offers absolutely stunning views — perfect for relaxing and soaking in nature. The host was fantastic: responsive, welcoming, and even helped catch a frog that made a surprise visit! Just a heads-up: there are quite a few stairs and a steep driveway, so it might be a bit challenging for some, but totally worth it for the views and peaceful setting. Convient location to town and the beach. Lots to experience if you decide to venture out. Would definitely recommend!

This property is simply amazing. The views are incredible. They have a host, Sebastien, and he was so accommodating. They helped us find a chef to visit the house, coordinated cleaners each morning to freshen up the property, and was super helpful. It's a gated community, and we felt safe/secure. The pool felt amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. There are a few things to note. The driveway is steep with a sharp u-turn. It was manageable, but it's something to keep in mind. Also, this is a cliffside property. There are a lot of ramps and a lot of stairs. It was fine for us (all young and healthy), but someone with bad legs or out of shape might struggle. Also, there isn't a clothes washer/dryer available to guests so plan accordingly. It's still Costa Rica...high winds knocked out some power which impacted the water on the last night. It's not their fault, it just is what it is. Overall we LOVED everything about it and would come back in a heartbeat!

The hosts were amazing and responsive along with the property manager. They were helpful and responded within minutes everytime. The house itself is also perfect, it was clean, the perfect size for a big group. We all had our own bathrooms and almost our own pool (there are 3). The only thing I’d make people aware of is the location, the house is in a gated community which is amazing but also at the top of the mountain. Tucked away with turns that most of the taxis and cars couldn’t make it up to. At drop off our van had to leave us at the bottom with all our luggage and groceries which we had to carry up along with 5-6 flights of stairs to the entrance. We are all in our mid 30s and in good shape and it was not easy so anyone out of shape, the elderly etc would not make it up to the house. You can look at the location as a positive if you want to be tucked away. Also would recommend renting a golf cart if you stay here (that’s what we should’ve done) besides that 10/10

It's a great place with a unique layout. We had young kids and one elderly in their late 60s. The stairs and walk to the bungalow and property were challenging. It's great for adults. The living room is smaller than the photos in space so it's hard to gather 10 people inside. But you can always open the door to the beautiful outside patio. (only if the bugs and humidity don't bother you) I suspect loud construction adjacent may bother people for the next few months (we stayed in Nov 2023). It's a bit scary of the vertical layout from driving up to the property and walking up 3 floors up to the door and another 3 floors to the bungalow but you will get used to it and the view is fantastic. It's not recommended if you have young kids or for people with bad knees or balance issues. It is safe with a gated community with a nice market down the street. The host was very nice and responsive. Finally, there was extra we had to pay for maid service (not included in Abnb)
