The Space

The 3,500-square-foot villa spans three stories and includes:

The master bedroom features vaulted-beam ceilings and a wooden deck overlooking the ocean and palm trees, creating a peaceful and romantic retreat.

Golf carts are available to rent for an additional fee. Use one to explore the community, visit the five-star restaurants, or reach the oceanfront restaurants just outside the gates.

Location

Punta Mita is an exotic vacation destination surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and Banderas Bay. The area offers a tropical setting, mild winter temperatures, warm summer days, white-sand beaches, and crystal-clear water.

This gated, 200-acre peninsula is a safe and secure community located 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. The Punta Mita experience combines the privacy of the community with the vitality and culture of the nearby fishing village and surf town of Sayulita.

Punta Mita is a fresh, luxurious, and uncrowded Riviera destination reminiscent of Saint Tropez.

Daily Brunch

Guests may enjoy a homemade brunch prepared by the housekeeper, Ana. She can prepare a simple and delicious brunch from a set menu of dishes.

Brunch is available exclusively at 11:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, except on the day of check-out. This schedule allows Ana enough time to properly clean the house after cooking. Her working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Guests who choose the brunch option may purchase the ingredients directly from the local market and provide them to Ana, or arrange grocery shopping through the concierge.

The grocery shopping service carries a $60 USD service fee, payable directly to the concierge in addition to the cost of the groceries. Receipts will be provided.

Premier Membership

Premier Membership provides access to four luxurious beach clubs with the Punta Mita beach club access card:

• Pacifico Beach Club
• El Surf Beach Club

Beach Club Access Card Fees

The Punta Mita administration charges the following flat fee per person, per rental:

• $67 USD per adult
• $40 USD per child ages 5–12

Premier Membership also provides access, for an additional fee, to:

• Beautiful golf courses and the tennis center shared with the Four Seasons and St. Regis hotels
• St. Regis Beach Club

Other Things to Note

• Strictly no smoking.

Tipping Information

In Mexico, guests commonly leave a tip when the housekeeping and concierge teams provide excellent service. Tipping is not mandatory.

Suggested weekly tips:

• Housekeeping team: $100 USD
• Concierge team: $100 USD

If you wish to leave a tip, two envelopes are available on the kitchen countertop.
