Guest Access

Self Check-In

Self check-in is available through a lockbox. An in-person key handover can also be arranged upon request.

Mandatory registration is required at the gate. Entry is not permitted unless the details of every guest have been submitted, including their name, identification number, and license plate.

Restricted Area

The laundry area is available only for stays of three nights or more.

Important Information

Before Booking

• All guests must be registered with their full name, identification number, and license plate up to 48 hours before check-in. Entry is not permitted without this information.
• An additional guest fee of $100,000 COP per person, per night, applies after the 16th guest.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m.; flexible to 2:00 p.m. if there is no prior booking
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m.; flexible to 12:00 p.m. if there is no following booking
• Arrival before 2:00 p.m.: $60,000 COP per hour
• Departure after 12:00 p.m.: $110,000 COP per hour

Pets

Pets are welcome. The applicable fee is determined by Airbnb’s pricing settings.

Community Guidelines

• The property is in a very quiet countryside area, with quiet hours beginning at 9:00 p.m.
• Parties and events are not permitted. The community charges a $2,000,000 COP fine for violations.
• The community has 24-hour security and a gatehouse.
• Cameras are located in common areas only; there are no cameras inside the home.
• Optional cleaning and cooking services are available by prior arrangement.
