The Space

Casa Bela Mar is an oceanfront retreat on Nicaragua’s Pacific coast, where barefoot mornings, world-class surf, and spectacular sunsets are part of everyday life.

The home accommodates up to eight guests in three bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed:

• Primary suite with an ensuite bathroom
• Two additional king-bed bedrooms
• Air conditioning in every bedroom
• Ceiling fans
• Comfortable linens

Additional guests beyond eight, including children over two years old, may be accommodated for an additional nightly fee.

The open-concept interior is filled with natural light and ocean breezes. The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops and modern appliances, and opens into a welcoming living area suitable for relaxed mornings and movie nights.

Outside, the covered terrace provides a comfortable setting for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or relaxing in the ocean breeze. Beyond the terrace, a semi-private pool shared with only a few nearby homes offers a refreshing place to swim, float, or enjoy a poolside drink.

The beach directly in front of the home offers excellent surfing for both beginners and experienced surfers. In the evening, the Pacific horizon fills with shades of gold, orange, and pink.
