The Space

This spacious apartment accommodates up to 12 guests, although a maximum of 10 is recommended for greater comfort.

The rental includes daily housekeeping and service from Doña Xochitl. Cooking service is also available for an additional fee.

The apartment includes:

• Four bedrooms, each with cable TV
• Netflix in the family room
• Three full bathrooms
• A service room with a bunk bed for two additional guests and a private bathroom
• Dining room
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Laundry room with a washer and dryer
• Large terrace with a pleasant view

Pets are allowed in the apartment. However, the administration currently prohibits pets from entering the gardens, common areas, pools, and the beach.

Location

The apartment is conveniently located near La Isla Shopping Center, home to some of the area's best restaurants, cinemas, and shops.

The complex provides complimentary golf cart transportation to the mall. You can also walk there in approximately 10 minutes through a direct access gate. The route is convenient for families with strollers, bicycles, or anyone who simply wants to take a stroll.

Guest Access

The complex offers extensive recreational areas for both children and adults.

Children can enjoy:

• A swimming pool with two slides
• A Lazy River surrounding the property
• A playroom in the clubhouse
• A children's playground

Younger guests can use the lounge, which features:

• Ping-pong tables
• Billiards
• Foosball tables

Beach Access

A golf cart service is available to take guests to the beach quickly. The beach club offers restaurant and bar services at affordable prices.

Important Information

Please provide the full names of all guests. Every guest must present official identification upon arrival.

According to the residential rules, a cash deposit of $5,000 MXN must be paid to the administration upon arrival to receive the required bracelets. The deposit will be returned at departure if there are no damages or fines. Any outstanding charges will be deducted from the deposit. This rule is established by the condominium administration and must be accepted at the time of booking.

All purchases at the bar and restaurants must be paid for in cash.
