The Space

The main house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the separate casita includes one bedroom and one bathroom. Both the main house and casita come fully equipped. The casita has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer.

The entire house showcases high teak ceilings throughout. Each room is fitted with its own air conditioning unit, wardrobe, and drawers for convenient storage. The casita also boasts high teak ceilings, a private kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a wardrobe.

The backyard serves as a peaceful retreat, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Relax by the pool or enjoy barbecuing on the spacious patio. The custom-made patio dining table, crafted from the region’s beautiful Guanacaste trees, seats up to 12 guests. Large sliding doors connect the kitchen to the patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Private parking is available for up to four vehicles.

Location

The villa is located just a 3 to 5-minute walk from the beach, where you can find some of Costa Rica’s most consistent waves. A jungle trail leads directly to the shore. You are within a 5-minute walk of three different surf breaks as well as a calm swimming beach.

Monkeys can often be seen swinging through the trees in the backyard while you listen to the sound of crashing waves.

Please note that Playa Grande is a developing town, and there is construction adjacent to the property as well as in various areas throughout the town.
