Cabana Ilse is our newest cabin, featuring a queen-size bed and a bunk bed that accommodates two people. Upon request, an additional single bed can be added, allowing the cabin to host up to five guests.

Our finca is conveniently located just five minutes from the main road. Nearby, you'll find several local restaurants and small shops. Bicycle, motorbike, and scooter rentals are also available in the area.
Exploring Merida is best done on foot. During the dry season, you can walk for miles along the lake shore. The road toward San Ramon runs alongside the lake, offering access to numerous charming, quiet beaches.
The natural surroundings here are remarkable. While walking around, you may encounter howler monkeys, squirrels, and a variety of bird species, including parrots. The area is home to many ancient, towering trees.
Hiking up Volcano Maderas takes you through subtropical and rainforest environments, where the vegetation is truly unique. Merida is one of the island's most beautiful regions, with a community that still relies on fishing and agriculture.
We provide a hearty breakfast daily. Lunch and dinner are available only upon request.
While we do not operate a traditional bar or restaurant, we offer fresh fruit juices, coffee, tea, water, and beer. If you desire other beverages, please inform us before your arrival so we can stock them for you.
Merida remains a rural area where local infrastructure is limited. Water pipes may break, and electricity outages can last for hours. To ensure a reliable water supply, we maintain a large water tank for our guests.
