Relax with the whole family in this beautiful home, designed for comfort and tranquility. Enjoy the private pool with a wading pool, spacious outdoor areas, and magnificent views of the ecological reserve, where you may spot some of Huatulco’s native wildlife and vegetation.
With a little luck, you may even see families of deer that live in the reserve.
The Space
The house has four bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 — Ground floor: King-size bed, air conditioning, fan, full private bathroom, closet, television, Wi-Fi, desk, sofa, large mosquito-screened window, and direct access to the pool with views of the ecological reserve.
- Bedroom 2 — Ground floor: Two single beds, air conditioning, fan, full private bathroom, closet, television, Wi-Fi, desk, large mosquito-screened window, and balcony.
- Bedroom 3 — Top floor: Two double beds, air conditioning, fan, full private bathroom, closet, television, Wi-Fi, desk, and a mosquito-screened balcony overlooking the pool and ecological reserve.
- Bedroom 4 — Top floor: Two single beds, air conditioning, fan, full private bathroom, closet, television, Wi-Fi, desk, and mosquito-screened balcony.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire main house, including:
- Kitchen
- Living room
- Dining room
- Four bedrooms with full private bathrooms
- Pool area, available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Barbecue area
Access to the machine area, laundry area, and service staff apartment is prohibited.
Other Things to Note
For your convenience and to help maintain the property, one service person lives in a small apartment separate from the main house. This person is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the outdoor areas, barbecue, pool, and garden.

The house really surprised me, as I had imagined it to be smaller, and it's very spacious, with good ventilation and very tidy. I fell in love with the ceiba tree at the entrance, and the pool is huge and very pleasant. The guy who takes care of the house is super attentive. It was just a little uncomfortable that he was walking around while we were in the house, since he lives there. Honestly, I didn't enjoy the house as much as I would have liked because we spent all our time out. The area seems to be a new private residential development, and there was no problem leaving the cars on the street. Everything was great.

The house is very nice, everything is as shown in the photos, my family and I had a great time. Daniel (the person who is directly there) is very friendly, attentive and always willing to answer our questions. We will definitely return when we go on vacation to Huatulco again. We were very happy with the accommodation.

Thank you very much, Brenda!! We really enjoyed your house The location is excellent, no more than 10 minutes from beaches, gas stations, Chedraui and Soriana stores, and pharmacies! The area is very safe, quiet, and perfect for relaxing with the sounds of nature. The layout of the spaces is perfect!! It wasn't difficult for my dad to go up the stairs at the entrance, which are wide and short (he uses a cane). The garage was just right for our 2 vehicles (closed vans). The house matches the photos. There is a support person in the house, Daniel, who from the moment we arrived was looking after my family! In our case, we appreciated the support he gave us. He showed us every space in the house, gave us guidance on places to visit, and was available to assist us and make us feel right at home. What we enjoyed the most was the pool, which was always clean. Thank you very much for allowing pets! I definitely recommend her place, and we'll be back for our next vacation to Huatulco!!
