The breakfast every day was wonderful. There were fresh squeezed juices, traditional and Oaxacan dishes. The staff were fabulous! The decor was beautiful. The location is very central and within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and shops. We will definitely return!

Our stay was great, Maria was always responding to my requests since the moment we reserved until we checked out, we left a few items behind, and Fernando notified us right away, we will definitely come back!

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious and everyone working there were friendly. I loved the open patio in the middle and that it was walking distance to El Centro but far enough from the crowds. Are family enjoyed the stay.

Our group loved staying at Maria’s place! The rooms were comfortable (we all very much appreciated having our own bathrooms), the breakfast was delicious, and we found the place to be very centrally located. There was a small issue with the hot water one night, but Maria and her staff quickly resolved it. Great experience, we’d love to stay again.

The property was perfect for an extended family holiday. Lovely large dining area and kitchen where the 8 of us could gather + the location was so central + walking everywhere poised no difficulty.

We really enjoyed our stay there. We booked the whole place. All their were polite and most helpful. The breakfast was simple and good but it is Mexican style breakfast. The place is pretty centrally located where we walked every where and never had to hire a taxi. Not a fancy place but felt more like you are living and part of the neighborhood.

We loved this house! Perfect for 5 couples who were all attending a friend’s wedding. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is within walking distance and central Oaxaca.

Great place, close to restaurants, markets and parks. Maria and Fernando were amazing. The breakfast everyday was incredible. Can’t wait to go back and stay here again.
