The place is perfect, comfortable and close to everything. The pool is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The internet in the area is terrible, but we managed to maintain good communication with the hosts to see what else could be done.

Beautiful place and great location in the city. I loved that there is a pool it’s great to use to cool down during the day. The first bedroom did have a funky smell but after running the air for a while it did kinda go away. The place is a great open concept with having the main living space outside. Overall it was a great stay!

Great location with very responsive hosts. Street parking was always available right in front of the property. The pool and property were clean and well taken cared for. Would definitely return if I were in Granada in the future.

Arturo's place was a great fit for our group, literally in the middle of town but far away from all the noise. Tania the property manager did an amazing job at taking care of any questions and our needs. Couldn't have have picked a much better place, will definitely make this place our home away from whenever we visit Nicaragua.
