The apartment is spotless and equipped with everything of the highest quality... A luxury. The complex is impeccable and quiet. The location is great, 200 meters from downtown, which makes it veryyyyy quiet and close to everything.

We stayed in this apartment for about a week and were very satisfied! The apartment is very clean, bright, cozy and fully in line with the description. I would like to specifically mention the host — he was very responsive and answered messages quickly. When we had a little issue with the shower and there was a leak, the host promptly arrived/sent a worker, and everything was quickly fixed. Thank you for your hospitality and care! We would love to stay here again and definitely recommend this apartment.

The host was easy to communicate with and was always immediately responsive. Great service and recommendations. The condo was clean and exactly what was advertised. The pool was a bonus and was nice to relax in after a hot and busy day out.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The condominium has a pool and is close to downtown (3 blocks) and close to the beach (5 blocks) The car is left on the street, which is safe. I definitely recommend it.

A very good place. There was a regional water problem that was taken care of, and we received compensation. A kind owner and a happy man, who is certainly the main character in his life

Great location, 5 minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. Walkable to playa langosta as well (20 minutes), which is a little less crowded and so much fun to explore during low tide. Security 24 hours and this unit is by the security guard so always felt secure. The security guards (we met 2) were all friendly and helpful. Howler monkeys spotted quite close. Pool was a great spot to cool off when it was too hot to traverse to the beach.

The apartment is very noisy because we are located at the entrance to the complex; apart from this drawback, it is very well located! One small downside regarding cleanliness, but it's not unsanitary either… We really appreciated the communication with the host.
