This house don’t match like the pictures only the pool everything inside was duty like the las tents left a couple hours early and nobody showed up to clean missing things that they said is available, bathroom soap was already used, the towells was on top of the table chairs, the house need fumigation a lot insects during the knight, my wife was afraid be cause the beds was not clean other beds sheets was duty with some stains, so definitely we will not comeback to this house, Owner need urgent upgrade!!!!!!!!!

Although the property is a little out of the way, getting there was very easy. The host provided clear instructions, and we had no trouble finding or accessing the place. Everything was as described, although purified drinking water is not provided, so I recommend bringing your own. Overall, we had a very good stay. The property is quiet, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed the pool and the peaceful atmosphere. The only significant issue was the grill. It was very dirty and not in a condition to be used. We had purchased and prepared everything to grill that afternoon, but because of its condition, we had to completely change our plans and find another way to prepare our food. This should definitely be improved, especially since the grill is listed as an amenity. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time my family and I stay at Maurizio place’s it’s a gem his property is very clean very easy to access from one of the main roads in San Juan I recommend his place

It was a a very nice and calm place, easy to find if you follow the location in Waze or Google maps. The host was very responsive and shared all details needed to enjoy the stay.

Very nice house with a pool. Close to San Juan del Sur and other beaches. Mr. Maurizio is very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. 100% recommended!

If you want good accommodation, close to the beach and with all the necessary amenities, I recommend this house. From spacious rooms and an equipped kitchen to a private pool. Perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing to improve is that one room doesn't have air conditioning 😅 In addition, I would highlight the good communication that Maurizio maintains
