The Space
Tamarindo Sunshine Vacation Rentals offers modern studios just 50 meters from the beach and Tamarindo Bay’s pristine coastline. These newly built short-term apartments are available for stays of up to 90 days and back onto a green zone, or “zona verde.”
Each apartment includes:

- One bathroom
- Queen-size bed with a high-quality mattress
- Small kitchenette
- Mini refrigerator
- Air conditioning
- Ceiling fan
- Wi-Fi
- Safe
- Small outdoor patio or, for second-floor units, a balcony
The property also features an outdoor area. Our home is located on-site, allowing us to welcome guests personally and treat everyone who stays with us like family.
We have lived in Tamarindo since it was a one-block town. We were even among the first homes on the road to Langosta to have a television and telephone. Over the years, we have welcomed visitors from around the world, many of whom have touched our lives in wonderful ways. These new apartments allow us to welcome even more guests into our international family at Tamarindo Sunshine.
Guest Access
Access is through a locked gate and door on a private property.
We can also combine our suite with an open shower and one apartment with a kitchen, allowing families or groups of friends to stay together in a larger apartment. Please inquire for rates.

Beautiful place, very close to downtown. You hardly need a car to get around because everything is close by, including the beach, which is about 150 meters away! Highly recommended :)

Sol was incredibly responsive and a great host. She sent us detailed restaurant and activity recommendations that we utilized and were awesome! As advertised this was right across the street from the beach which we loved. The location also made us feel safe and secure. I would stay again.

Sol and her family are amazing! We felt like we were home😊 They were exceptionally warm and welcoming, super helpful with all our questions, and immediately brought whatever we needed. The place was very beautiful, clean and safe. They were just really genuine people that will remain in our hearts and hopefully our lives forever 🫶🤗❤️

Place is cozy and safe. Beach and restaurants easily accessible. Fresh water to take a bath made feel right at home. Overall, I will return, hopefully when the construction is over as the work goes on 7 days per week.
