The Space
This luxurious retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or special occasions. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with plush linens to provide a peaceful and private escape.
The beautifully decorated living room offers a comfortable setting for relaxing and socializing. A fully stocked modern kitchen and dining area provide everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together.
Primary Bedroom
The primary bedroom features:

The furnished balcony overlooks the ocean and provides a relaxing place to enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee. Guests can spend the day swimming in one of the resort’s many pools or relaxing beneath the beach palapas.
Barbecue areas are also available for preparing and enjoying grilled meals with loved ones.

Guest Access
Age Requirement
The resort requires the renter to be at least 25 years old at check-in. No exceptions or refunds are available.
Check-in takes place on-site at the resort. Guests must present:
- The same credit card used for the reservation
- A valid government-issued identification document
A security deposit hold is required at check-in:
- One-bedroom unit: $150 USD
- Two-bedroom unit: $200 USD
- Three-bedroom unit: $300 USD
- Four-bedroom unit: $350 USD
- Five-bedroom unit: $400 USD
Additional Information
Phase 3 is still under construction, and approximately 50% of the Barcelona building has been delivered. Please pardon the construction dust.

We had an amazing stay in Puerto Peñasco! The view was absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience even more relaxing. The amenities were perfect for our family, especially for our two kids (ages 10 and 11), who had a great time. The place truly felt like a home away from home—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. One of the highlights was the room service; the food was delicious! We ordered steak and crepes, and both were excellent. Overall, we highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a peaceful and family-friendly getaway. We would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here the property, location, and proximity to the beach and other local places were all perfect. We even extended another night. I would definitely stay here again. My toddlers were safe and had plenty of roaming space, we loved it!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful space during our Christmas getaway! The property was perfect for our family, providing plenty of room for two couples to relax and enjoy. The management was fantastic, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The warm pools were a highlight, although we found that the pools by Phase 3 are not climate controlled or heated. However, we were able to enjoy the lovely pools in Phase 1 and 2, which were great! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely retreat.

The home was beautifully decorated, cleaned and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was very quick to respond when we requested extra towels or had any other questions. The resort was beautiful. Definitely will be returning!
