Additional Information
An Environmental Sanitation Fee of 38.00 pesos per room, per night is charged by the Los Cabos Municipal Government. This fee supports community projects such as beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, coastal wetland management, reforestation, and other sustainability initiatives in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. Although collected by the resort, this fee is mandated by the local government and is not affiliated with Villa La Estancia.

I don't think I can even begin to describe how beautiful the place was. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The view was beyond wonderful. The pool and all the amenities were superb. The whole place is just paradise. The service we received was beyond outstanding. I must add that there was absolutely no noise. The place was extremely quiet.

This is a really nice place that worked great for our family of 5. The location can’t be beat and the staff are friendly and responsive. You have the option of swimming at the resort, or just steps away, taking a dip into the ocean. We did however have an inconvenience in that there was ongoing construction above us for a few days. It was generally predictable in that it started in the morning and ended at about 4. We were usually down by the pool and it didn’t dramatically impact our trip. The owners were not to blame but worth mentioning if the construction continues for a long period of time. A small concern on an otherwise wonderful resort and suite!

Loved everything about this place. Specially the view from the room. I was not told I needed to leave a credit card for 20thousand pesos at the front desk when checking in . Every thing else was perfect .

We absolutely loved this place! It really exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt an incredible vibe: everything was beautiful, with attention to detail and a warmth that made us feel at home… or even better. I went with my family, and we all agreed on the same thing: it's just perfect. Each space is designed for enjoyment, relaxation, and creating special moments. But what really made the difference was the hospitality; the hosts are on a whole other level. They were always attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, making the whole experience feel personal and genuine. We have very fond memories of this place, and we would definitely come back a thousand more times. Highly recommended—it's one of those places you don't just visit… you feel 🤍✨

Spacious, clean, and perfect for groups. Having a full kitchen, living area, and three bathrooms made our stay much more comfortable than a standard hotel. With friendly staff, an amazing pool, and a beautiful beach, this place hits the nail on the head.

The villa was very nice. Highlights were the beds and bedding and the curtain divider in the second bedroom. It provides privacy if guests are sharing the room. The kitchen has lots of essentials but no extras. It made it hard to cook in.
