Relax at Villa Solara 5, a luxury villa in Costa Blanca overlooking several beautiful lakes at one of Mantarraya Golf’s clubs. Set on half an acre, the property features a large pool, a solar-heated spa jacuzzi, and spacious patios for entertaining and relaxation.

Guests enjoy access to golf and unlimited use of the Decameron Beach Club and grounds during their stay.

The Space

Villa Solara is a spacious five-bedroom villa on half an acre of prime land within Costa Blanca Villas in Farallón, Coclé, Panamá.

The main villa includes:

• Indoor and outdoor dining and entertaining areas

• Solar-heated spa jacuzzi
• Complimentary ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property
• Local Panamanian and United States/international Internet Protocol television
• Digital on-demand movies

• Fully automated Lutron smart lighting
• Outdoor Internet Protocol security cameras
• Fully automatic standby power system

The standby power system supplies electricity to the entire house during a power outage until regular service is restored.

Villa Solara also offers a wellness program with access to the gym at the nearby Decameron Beach Resort. Gym access costs an additional $30 per person for the entire stay and can be arranged upon arrival.

Guest Access

Costa Blanca Beach Club

Villa Solara guests receive exclusive access to the Costa Blanca Beach Club, located next to the Decameron Hotel. This private, members-only beach club includes:

• A beautiful beach, known as one of the best in Coclé
• Restaurant
• Bars
• Large swimming pool
• Lawn area for field sports

The beach club is approximately 1.75 miles from the villa, door to door. Travel time is approximately:

• Five to seven minutes by car, with several speed bumps near the hotel
• Five minutes by golf cart via the golf course roads

Guest Capacity and Visitors

Villa Solara has a maximum guest capacity that must be observed. Day visitors may be permitted, but the total number of people on the property cannot exceed the stated maximum capacity.

All visitors, regardless of the length of their visit, must pay a $30 day pass fee if they are over two years old.

We do not allow visitors during your stay. There are no exceptions.

Minimum Age Requirement

Villa Solara accepts reservations from guests aged 30 and older, except for groups or families traveling with children.

If a reservation is made by someone under the minimum age, we may request additional information about the guests and their plans. The hosts reserve the right to cancel a booking if they are not satisfied that the reservation is genuine.

Important Notes

Jacuzzi

The jacuzzi is not a hot tub. It is naturally heated by solar energy and does not use gas or electricity for forced heating. Panama’s warm climate allows the jacuzzi to retain heat from the sun effectively.

Bedroom Four

Bedroom Four is smaller than the other bedrooms and includes a loft for additional space.

• Main room: approximately 8 feet by 10 feet
• Loft: approximately 3 feet by 3 feet

This room is recommended for adults who are comfortable with a smaller space or for children.

Security Deposit

For certain reservations, the hosts may require a security deposit. The deposit will be collected after the guest confirms the reservation and refunded after checkout, provided there is no property damage or violation of the house rules resulting in a fine.

The required deposit depends on the number of guests and will be discussed when the booking is pre-approved or accepted.

The primary guest has 24 hours after booking confirmation to accept the security deposit request, which will be provided as an extra service. If the guest agrees to the deposit, confirms the booking, and later declines the request, the reservation will be canceled immediately, less a $200 administration fee.

Check-In and Check-Out Upgrades

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Early Check-In

• $60: As early as 1:00 p.m.
• $80: As early as 11:00 a.m.
• $150: As early as 8:00 a.m.

Late Check-Out

• $60: As late as 1:00 p.m.
• $80: As late as 3:00 p.m.
• $150: As late as 5:00 p.m.

Not Included in the Rental

The following items are not included with the villa rental:

• Enclosed bohio, which is not pictured or described in the listing
• Golf carts
• Polaris utility terrain vehicle
• Three pool-deck cantilever umbrellas; the villa offers several shaded areas
• Whole-house audio system; alternative speakers are available
• Gas fire pit, which is separate from the barbecue

Barbecue

Villa Solara provides a high-quality Weber Genesis five-burner gas grill with an unlimited liquefied petroleum gas supply.

A $50 barbecue-use and post-cleaning fee is included in the price and labeled as a “Community Fee.” If you do not plan to use the barbecue or will bring your own, please let us know so the $50 fee can be deducted.

Parties and Disruptive Guests

Parties are not permitted, and Villa Solara has a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive guests.

The house rules include limitations on loud music and parties. Music must remain at a reasonable volume that allows guests to hold conversations and does not disturb the neighbors. Music must be kept low after 10:00 p.m.

Violations or repeated complaints from security may result in a fine.

Electricity for Stays Longer Than Seven Nights

For bookings longer than seven nights, guests are responsible for actual electricity usage.

The meter reading will be recorded at check-in. At checkout, the total kilowatt-hours used will be calculated and invoiced through Airbnb. Electricity will be billed at Naturgy’s current rates.

Holiday Season Policy

Due to extremely high demand from December 15 through January 15, reservations during this period are non-refundable once booked.
