Great stay, thanks Towe!

This place is a 10/10. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it. Such a beautiful earthy home and the infinity pool with the view is just fabulous. Exceeds the photos. Definitely the highlight of our trip. I could not recommend this place more!

The pool overlooking the ocean was absolutely amazing...

We loved our stay! The house, pool and view are all amazing. We slept very comfortably with the bedroom AC. Towe is super quick to respond.

We took the advice of other guests and hired Katalina to cook two dinners. Both meals were absolutely delicious and she is the sweetest. Highly recommend!

A wonderful home to stay in while visiting SJDS! Huge space and very helpful hosts

We had an amazing stay here! Definitely echo the other reviews regarding the pool, the host’s responsiveness, and the location. Towe was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun.

The most gorgeous Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures don’t do it justice. The hill does suck if you can get an atv or moped get it. But the place is worth it either way. The open layout and large porch with hammocks makes everything feel airy. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in San Juan.

Great place. Close to town. Amazing view

This place was amazing, one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The setting is beautiful and the house is even better than the pics. We loved sitting on the veranda and hanging in the pool. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful home, beautiful location and views! Towe is a great host and Katalina was friendly and helpful at check in. Safe location, as is much of Nica! 4x4 car is recommended for getting around the country and to beaches. Guidebook provided by Towe was spot on and did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return to Towe’s home!!

The accommodation is warm, spacious and the kitchen is complete. We even used the little cooler to bring a lunch and beer to the beach!! The intimate pool area with views of San Juan is really nice, we saw and heard several howler monkeys and lots of birds. A big plus is the 2nd bedroom with bathroom, this allowed us to maintain privacy with our son and his partner. Katalina cooked us a delicious Surf & Turf dinner, she is really very nice. Thanks again for the flexibility of check-in time, we were a little early and it wasn't a problem at all. We highly recommend this little piece of heaven!!! Martin

This place is the perfect distance from town, giving us privacy and quiet evenings, yet in a few minutes we are in town. The pool is beautiful, Toew is super responsive, giving us numerous suggestions, and very fast to follow up.

Towe's place was absolutely stunning! It was beautiful inside and out! It was private and tucked away into the hillside. Every detail was accounted for.

About the hosts: I've never met genuinely kinder people in my life. I was sick most of my stay there and they were so accommodating! They would check in on me and ask how I was doing from time to time, they even asked their Dr. to do a house call for me. I am blown away with their hospitality and just the goodness of them! I just can't say enough about how fast they are!

Come visit! You won't want to leave!!!

We had a fantastic stay, such a lovely house and stunning views. Lovely terrace to relax on and pool to use. Katalina was the stand out of our stay, so helpful and an amazing cook. We had our 10 month old with us and she was so so kind with him. Great place.

I highly recommend Towe’s place! It is walkable and close to everything. The place truly felt like home and had everything I could possibly need. If you stay here I recommend getting Katalinas phone number (the housekeeper and chef) - she is truly amazing and very responsive for anything I needed. Sometimes I messaged through the Airbnb app and did not get a response even though I could see the message was read. Overall, I still recommend the place. It was truly a beautiful place to be.

A truly amazing place to stay. The house is very clean and spacious, the views are spectacular, and the pool is awesome. Towe is very responsive and helpful and Katalina is as well. As mentioned by other guests, there is a steep hill to get to house, and the heat and the humidity can make it a little challenging depending on how often and what time of the day you make the journey, but it is very accessible to town. This Airbnb was one of the highlights of our trip.

Great location to see SJDS

This house was absolutely amazing. Firstly, both Towe and his house keeper Katalina were so helpful and responsive, providing recommendations and help as needed. The house was even more beautiful than the photos. It got a nice cool breeze, had an amazing view, and was impeccably comfortable. We never wanted to leave. Thank you Towe and Katalina for a wonderful trip! Also, as mentioned in other reviews, highly recommend Katalina's cooking - we had a spectacular dinner in the house which was very memorable!

Towe’s home was a great experience. The home is located in a beautiful area and has some amazing views. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and had all the amenities one would need. Katarina the housekeeper was a gem, extremely nice and assisted me in checking in a bit earlier and also leaving a bit later. Walking distance to town, but far enough from the noisy clubs to allow one to be at peace with the natural beauty the home and it’s gardens provide. Would love to stay here again!

Great spot to stay in San Juan Del Sur. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Colina very much. It was a perfect setting. Felt like you were in a tree home. Birds all around. Pool was terrific very cool and refreshing. Katalina and Victor were always available and helped us feel very comfortable. Katalina cooked a wonderful meal for 2 one evening. It was so nice . We would recommend highly. Just be prepared for a steep walk up to your beautiful view. It’s worth it !!

This stay was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious and beautiful and has everything you need. Towe was so great about communicating from the minute we booked until he wished us well on our departure. Katalina doubles as both a housekeeper and a chef and if you stay here you MUST have her cook a meal or two for you, she is amazing!

One thing to note is that while it is walking distance to the town and waterfront, it is atop a pretty steep hill but absolutely 100% worth it for the views that it allows.

Our stay could not have been better! We were initially supposed to stay at a resort in a more remote area, but our reservation was cancelled last minute. We stumbled upon Towe's stunning property and were lucky enough that the dates aligning with our previously booked flights were available. Town was extremely quick to respond with any questions I had about the house, surrounding area, airport transport, etc. The house is a quick 5 minute walk into town and maybe another 5 minutes to the beautiful public beach lined with wonderful bars and restaurants. The walk back up the hill is pretty steep, but cabs were super cheap and easily accessible for any rides back to the house. The house was perfectly located for both daytime walks to the beach and going out at night. Katalina was a true highlight of our trip - she cooked us our favorite meal of the whole trip and was able to help us with any questions we had during our stay. Definitely planning to go back for a longer trip in the future!

Place is perfect for couples, or small families.

Casa Colina was an amazing place to stay. The apartment is beautifully designed and the views are stunning. We loved the infinity pool, hammocks, well equipped kitchen and super comfy bed. We stayed 4 days but wish we could have stayed longer!

It is a bit of a steep climb up the hill to the place but we rented a motorcycle so didn’t have any problems and it’s totally worth it for the best views of San Juan. We loved our stay and would 100% book again for our next trip!

Everything was great! Fantastic views and Katalina’s home cooked meals were amazing.

Best place I’ve ever stayed at and I Airbnb a lot. Perfect location. Great view. Great pool. Towe is a great host. This place is a few minutes above town so it’s a perfect close walk in (down hill) and a quick cab ride back (but we did walk it too). Loved every minute.
