Please note that the base rate for this home is for up to 6 people. There is a $30/night fee per additional guest up to max 10 people. Dogs allowed for an added fee. Master Bedroom Uno, located upstairs and with an ocean view, contains a queen bed. Located on the main level, Bedroom Dos contains a double bed, and Bedroom Tres contains a double bed and a Twin bed. On the lower level, Bedroom Cuatro contains a Queen bed and Bedroom Cinco contains a double bed. The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults. This home comes equipped with all the creature comforts, including A/C in each bedroom and the living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, private pool, BBQ grill, wireless internet and TV. This home also has a generator in case of a power outage. An in-home catering service is available as an additional add on to your luxury vacation. Please note that the housekeeping staff will do any laundry you may have as they are the only ones with access to the washer and dryer in the house. This service is included with your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, and will enter the house using a lockbox. Casa Cinco Bandidos is a unique rustic beach mansion that stands out from other rental properties in the area. Designed with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, the home offers excellent flow for both small and large groups. It includes everything needed for a comfortable vacation.

Please note that the base rate covers up to six guests. There is an additional charge of $30 per night for each extra guest, with a maximum occupancy of 10 people. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee.

The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

- Master Bedroom Uno (upstairs with ocean view): queen bed  
- Bedroom Dos (main level): double bed  
- Bedroom Tres (main level): double bed and twin bed  
- Bedroom Cuatro (lower level): queen bed  
- Bedroom Cinco (lower level): double bed  

The house accommodates up to 10 adults comfortably.

This property is equipped with modern conveniences, including air conditioning in every bedroom and living area, a fully stocked kitchen, a private pool, a BBQ grill, wireless internet, and television. A generator is available to ensure power during outages.

An in-home catering service can be arranged as an optional luxury addition. Housekeeping staff handle laundry services exclusively, as they have access to the washer and dryer. This laundry service is included with your stay.
