Casa Cinco Bandidos names its five bedrooms Uno through Cinco, a rustic beach mansion where ten guests spread across stacked indoor and outdoor rooms, with a pool and a grill of its own. Dogs allowed.
The Space
Casa Cinco Bandidos is a unique rustic beach mansion that stands out from other rental properties in the area. Designed with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, the home offers excellent flow for both small and large groups. It includes everything needed for a comfortable vacation.
Please note that the base rate covers up to six guests. There is an additional charge of $30 per night for each extra guest, with a maximum occupancy of 10 people. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee.
The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
- Master Bedroom Uno (upstairs with ocean view): queen bed
- Bedroom Dos (main level): double bed
- Bedroom Tres (main level): double bed and twin bed
- Bedroom Cuatro (lower level): queen bed
- Bedroom Cinco (lower level): double bed
The house accommodates up to 10 adults comfortably.
This property is equipped with modern conveniences, including air conditioning in every bedroom and living area, a fully stocked kitchen, a private pool, a BBQ grill, wireless internet, and television. A generator is available to ensure power during outages.
An in-home catering service can be arranged as an optional luxury addition. Housekeeping staff handle laundry services exclusively, as they have access to the washer and dryer. This laundry service is included with your stay.
Please be aware that a mandatory Rancho Santana Resort Fee of $17.25 per guest per night will be charged after booking and paid directly to Rancho Santana.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire villa. Entry is secured via a lockbox.

I wouldn't give La Casa Cinco Bandidos a 5-star rating. It is very neglected, and the bathrooms smell bad. The location and the area are very nice. The property needs maintenance.

Awesome house lots of room, loved hanging out in the half indoor half outdoor sitting area. One thing to note is that Wi-Fi won’t work in the bedrooms only in the main areas of the house. Everything was nice and neat and clean, and the maid service was exceptional. Be careful using Google maps to find the house. It likes to take you different places.

I recently stayed at Casa Cinco Bandidos with my family in the private resort- Rancho Santana and was thoroughly impressed. The house is beautifully decorated with meticulous details, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The spacious rooms with individual bathrooms were a highlight, offering both comfort and privacy. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the water pressure in the showers was amazing. Despite a minor hiccup with the TV not working, the overall experience was fantastic. The private pool added a luxurious touch, and having staff to clean and cook enhanced our stay. The in-home massages were a delightful treat. The resort's amenities were worth every penny, making it a memorable and worthwhile getaway. We're definitely planning to return for another relaxing stay.

Our stay in casa 5 bandidos was lovely! Our family had a great time ! The house cater for everyone and everything we wanted. Space, kitchen and great beds, and the game room, which Sarah was amazing at arranging new tennis balls for us to use. Would recommend to consider host directions to access the house as google maps does send you through the fastest route , which is a complicate road inside rancho. Having said this, hosts were super helpful and available to provide better directions. Also note that there are no ramps to access downstairs area or pool , so do consider when travelling with children or elders. But definitely recommend for a tropical getaway🤘💙
