The showers had Luke warm water is my only complaint. We booked the chef. He was well worth his cost. Juan, the house caretaker, took care of all our needs. We used all six bedrooms.

I strongly recommend booking Palcielo!!!!! I booked it for my 50th birthday and had a great time!!!!!! House is so nice and you are basically right on the beach; beach looks like private beach; pretty empty, just for you. Strongly recommend to hire Chef German!!!!!! He cooks so delicious meals!!!!!!!!🤤🤤🤤 and he and staff very friendly!!!! I definitely would like to be back!!!!!; thank you for making my birthday very special!!!!

This place was incredible. I celebrated my 44th bday here and the staff was AMAZING! Super responsive, professional and very organized. Perfect for families with children! The private beach, the pool and the location was perfect 😍

It's a beautiful house, and the staff also made the stay fantastic. I hope to be back soon. The location is far away, but with the shuttle service, it's easy to get there. Thank you very much to everyone who took care of us and attended to us.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are all comfortable, have private patios, and their own bathrooms. The pool was great to relax in and take in the beautiful ocean view.

The perfect place to disconnect, have privacy and enjoy the scenery. Everyone is very friendly. Juan David, who takes care of the house, is a great person. German (the chef) is spectacular. You absolutely must hire him and enjoy his service. And Carolina is very friendly and helpful. The house is about 25 minutes from Las Ramblas along a dirt road with no traffic. You should keep this in mind if you want to book, but it's definitely worth it!

Espectacular. The house was in perfect condition, the beds are comfortable, and beach access is a huge plus. They were always attentive to us, with clear and relevant recommendations. The Chef's recommendation was a great choice. It's a house I would return to a thousand times.

From the beginning, Cristina and her team were very kind. They recommended a private chef, Germán, and it was an excellent idea. I think that without having hired him, the experience would have been good, but not excellent. The place is private, and with access to an almost private beach, which is very good for swimming, since it is not very deep. The rooms are quite comfortable and a good size, all with AC, which is greatly appreciated in the Cartagena climate. The only drawback may be that it's a bit far from shops and restaurants, and access is via an unpaved road, but for a relaxing experience, especially if you have a private chef, it's worth it. There were some bugs called cucarrones, which are beetles. They are harmless, but they can be a bit annoying. Overall, a very good experience, but the chef made everything so much better. I think if we had had to cook, it wouldn't have been so good, since the kitchen was quite small and not very comfortable.
