Excelente ubicación para estar en familia ya que está en un lugar excelente para descansar y al mismo tiempo disfrutar del mar con arrecife a pie,a unos metros de tu habitación. Emigdio fue flexible y atento en todo momento.Definitivamente vale la pena.

Fueron unos días soñados. La atención del host fue impecable, desde antes del viaje hasta el final. Muy atento con todo, hasta nos ayudó con los horarios y ubicación para tomar el ferry con el auto. Nos aconsejó sobre lugares para visitar. Fue facil llegar al departamento y acceder a él. La ubicación es muy buena, especialmente si vas con auto, el centro y el puerto para tomar el ferry se encuentran aproximadamente a 7 minutos. El departamento es el más completo que he alquilado. Básicamente no hay que llevar nada. Hay artículos de limpieza, para lavar la ropa, secadora (muy importante para los días de playa) , accesorios para usar en el mar como flotadores y snorkel, protectores solares, cocina super completa con muchos electrodomésticos (por ejemplo hay tres cafeteras distintas!!). Las vistas son incomparables desde los balcones, la piscina del edificio, la bajada al mar para hacer snorkel....todo perfecto realmente, fuimos muy felices. Gracias por todo y ojalá podamos volver!!!

We felt right at home! My family has stayed at many condos at the north end of Cozumel The view was spectacular. This condo met all of our needs it was very well equipped. The host was very responsive. Any time we had any questions. He was delighted to work with. Five star ratings!!!!

The high location of the apartment overlooking the sea was superb. Emigdio’s unit on the 8th floor and the other unit next to it were the only ones in the building that had balconies overlooking the jungle side. It was quite nice to relax on this balcony when shaded during the late afternoons. Emigdio was definitely a 5 star host. He was responsive and went out of his way to accommodate our family and be helpful. We would be pleased to come back.

Our stay was excellent. Emigdio was an excellent host. He was very, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The view was spectacular, could sit on the terrace for hours watching the ships and boats and enjoying the blue waters. While we did go out for sunset viewing, we did not have to do so, the sunset was always great from the terrace. The condominium building was well maintained, very nice pool area. Since we had our dog with us, it was easy to walk her either out on the avenue and play with her on the grassy areas poolside. Maintenance staff was friendly and helpful. Condo was comfortable. would have liked access to cable TV.

The unit was just like the pictures and was safe. The overall property was very well maintained. Parking was assigned and located right in front of the building.
