The Space

A longtime guest favorite, Casa Decker has been refreshed with recent upgrades and new ownership. Its location provides easy walking access to Cabo’s vibrant marina and downtown attractions, while the villa combines comfort, style, and sweeping views of the Baja landscape.

Please note that the Pedregal hillsides are home to a small colony of stray domestic cats. They may occasionally visit the villa terraces.

Construction Notice

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or their schedules, but we will do our best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.

Guest Access

This is a private home in a gated community. Guests have private access to the entire home and pool, except for the locked owner’s closet.

House Rules and Important Information

• The minimum age for all guests is 25. Children traveling with their parents are excluded from this requirement.
• Bachelor and bachelorette groups are not permitted.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Events, including weddings and bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and an event fee has been paid.
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited.
• In gated communities, noise or other disruptive behavior after 10:00 p.m. may result in a fine.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval. An additional deposit is required.

Occupancy

The total number of people permitted at the property at any time is limited to the contracted number of guests listed on the reservation.

The renter must disclose:

• The total number of people in the group
• The name of every group member

When completing the reservation, list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Rental Agreement

By booking a reservation, you agree to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to comply with all terms and conditions stated in the agreement.

Holiday Minimum Stays

• A seven-night minimum stay applies when including December 25 or January 1.
• If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
