From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home was thoughtfully designed for both adults and children. It perfectly balanced comfort, functionality, and aesthetic charm. The home was cozy, inviting, and stocked with every amenity we could need. We loved the unique spaces, abundant natural light, and the beautifully manicured tropical plants that created such a peaceful atmosphere. The toys and thoughtful accommodations for children made a huge difference for our family. At this stage in life, I know we chose the right home when both my wife and children are smiling, relaxed, and genuinely enjoying themselves together. Karen was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Monaco, and everything was exactly as described. Karen was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially when I needed to change our dates. The location was ideal. Although finding the property felt a little daunting at first, particularly since we arrived at night, after making the trip once or twice it became very easy to navigate. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and we really enjoyed walking around the nearby park. The home was comfortable, well maintained, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. I highly recommend Casa Monaco and Karen as a wonderful host!

We loved staying in Karen’s place during our trip to Nicaragua to see family. The house was really comfortable, super clean and exactly like the photos - really nice decor. The neighbourhood felt very safe and our kids ended up making friends and playing football with the local kids on the communal football pitch each night which was a lovely bonus. Karen was always really responsive. We had a cleaning service a few times when we were there which was great value and they always left the house spotless. We’d definitely stay again :)

This is the second time my family has the pleasure of renting Karen’s home and it did not disappoint. Her home is beautiful and comfortable. The community offers so much from a pool, to playground there’s something for everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay in hosting my family.

Nice, calm, quiet, private community. It is hard to get to as it is 1 road to get in and out. Security is amazing but at same time hard to get in as a guest. House is nice little clean home. Has a lot of the basics you need for your stay. Would highly recommend for small families. Close to city and country side of Nicaragua.
