The villa is absolutely exceptional! Just like the pictures. We spent 10 wonderful days at the villa. It is very well located, at the top of a hill facing the sea. We went in July, which is supposed to be during the rainy season, and there was almost no rain. The concierge, Barto, responded quickly when we had a question. Then the maids cleaned the villa from top to bottom every day unless we didn't need it. They were very nice, by the way. Be prepared to climb the slope to get to the villa, which is very steep! But at the same time, it's good for the legs! Once again, thank you for all the great memories we made at the Setai villa!

A group of 9 of us that stayed Villa Setai in June. Amos and the rest of the crew were great to work with. Unforgettable views of the ocean and a quick walk to local attractions. Anything we needed for the house was taken care of immediately. Amos had great recommendations for local activities and tour groups with a custom feel. Plenty of parking for the 3 vehicles, but you can rent quads or side-by-sides since everything easily accessible. The walk from the village while short, was a workout with the steep grades however manageable. We saw lots of wildlife around the house including white faced monkeys, howler monkeys, racoons (who made a mess one night, but was cleaned up immediately the next day), and several species of birds. Pool was a highlight of the trip and was well maintained our entire stay. The views of the ocean and nature are like no other. A 10/10 we would recommend and would stay again. FYI Charter flights are available out of Cobano.

Couldn't have asked for a better location and host. The host was incredibly responsive and helped us organize transportation to/from the Cobano airport, excursions like deep sea fishing and surfing, and UTVs / ATVs.

Worth every penny i’ve stated most of the houses in Santa Theresa and this one blew every single House away. The beds are comfortable. Cleaning service was unbelievable concierge was over the top super close to all of the best surf breaks next to all the nightlife and health food stores grocery stores. Very easy to get to house very secure gated somewhere I would bring my family and feel 100% safe.
