The property features two private pools and provides stunning ocean views alongside the soothing sounds of the waves.

Each bedroom includes private balconies or patios, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the surrounding natural beauty. The house accommodates up to 18 guests with the following sleeping arrangements:

• 2 bedrooms with king beds
• 2 bedrooms with queen beds
• 1 bedroom with 2 double beds
• 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (one double bunk and one twin bunk)

Situated just 200 meters from Playa Espadilla, Casa Playa y Selva is among the closest homes to the beach in the area. A short 3 to 5-minute walk leads directly to the captivating shoreline. Located on Arboleda Road, just off the main road in Manuel Antonio, the property offers a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

Guests can enjoy the rich local ecosystem with frequent visits from three species of monkeys, as well as colorful toucans, parrots, macaws, and occasionally sloths.
