You must understand that Costa Rica is located in a tropical climate where insects, rodents, lizards and reptiles thrive in this environment. While we will make our best efforts to keep interaction with these insects to a minimum during your stay, all guests must understand that contact with such pests inside or outside the property is not a violation of the rental terms. We have a strict pest control plan that allows us to keep the jungle off the property and we hope you understand that they are part of the environment you so want to enjoy. PURA VIDA!
