• The complex does not have an elevator; access to the penthouse requires climbing stairs.

• Underground parking has a maximum height clearance of 2.20 meters. If your vehicle exceeds this height, nearby parking options include metered street parking (12 MXN per hour from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.) and public parking lots (approximately 200 MXN per day or 15 MXN per hour).
