3BR Villa in San Pedro

The Vacasa home in Laguna Mara is a great place to stay. Comfortable for 6 adults. AC worked great, the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and well appointed. We ate out at the great local restaurants every other night and dined in the home the nights we didn’t eat out.

There’s a market a short walk away that had everything we needed.

We’ll definitely come to stay here again.

Loved the morning visits from the local iguanas!!

Just like in the photos. Really comfortable and with everything you need for a long stay. Keep in mind that either the airport or the dock is removed, but it's worth it as it's in a great location.

Beautiful villa, which was plenty spacious and had lovely views. Also had some surprise visitors basking in the sun on the porch a few days

The villa was wonderful. Great location that was out of town a bit but easily reachable by golf cart in minutes. The neighbors we met were very nice. Lourdes was amazing and kept us informed during the Hurricane we had and was quick to respond to anything we needed. The truck stop and Crocs were both wonderful places to eat and very close. Would definitely stay again😁

Thoughtfully accommodating villa. Beautifully attentive concierge. Quiet neighbors and morning visits from handsome iguanas. Grocery store and chic cafe just outside the security gate. Excellent for that morning coffee after (or before) the family wakes up.

Lourdes was the BEST!!!!! She was very attentive to our questions and gave us many options for our excursions, she didn't disappoint. The 3 bedroom villa was perfect for 2 couples with a room to spare. The security guards also made us feel at home. We will definitely be coming back to Belize and staying in the villa. the villa was very clean and well stocked. As a side note, we found out that there is a bar and pool at the end of the street that the villa is on. Every day we looked for the crocodiles and many iguanas on the property.

This villa was amazing and the staff is so welcoming and made our stay so amazing! Definitely recommend and I will be staying here again soon.

We go to San Pedro every year - we own land and plan to move in 2-3 years - and hands down, this has been our BEST rental yet! Descriptions were accurate, the home was immaculate, and the location is excellent - close enough to town, but QUIET. Walk to the Farmhouse, Village Market, a few bars/restaurants.... The home was well-stocked and cared for, lots of extra linens, everything worked (to be fair, we didn't try the stove, we were on vacation ;) ). Communication was perfect - not too much, not too little - and Lourdes was quick to reply on any of our enquiries. We saw great wildlife, met friendly neighbors, and had an amazing stay! Having a washer/dryer means you can pack less, and the huge deck was used every day! There's a rooftop deck as well for views. There are mini splits in all bedrooms and the Great Room, with COLD AC. <3 There were great tips and directions on how to use everything, so we didn't have to guess. Softest sheets we have experienced in Belize! My husband's only "meh" was on the mattress in the Primary Bedroom - it didn't bother me, but he felt it was near the end of its useful life.

A few years back, we wouldn't have considered staying in this community as there was a "smell" in the general area and some issues with the HOA....I am pleased to say, all have been resolved, so if you have visited AC in the past and had the same feeling, know that all is well now! Book this home, you won't regret it!

The house is in a great central location with room to stretch and wonderful at-home touches. Lourdes helped make sure we got from the airport to the house and was available whenever we had any questions. There is snorkeling equipment to use at secret beach and fishing rods available to cast off the back porch. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was our sixth time visiting San Pedro and this is now one of our top favorite bookings. Everything was as it seemed and more. An abundance of supplies (towels, kitchen utensils, etc) as well as clean and cute! The communication was top notch and we felt right at home (literally!) throughout our whole stay. Highly recommend this listing for ANYONE looking for a clean place with a great price and location…whether it be a family, a group of friends, or just a couple. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was great. Very Spacious, wifi worked, and very nice patio/deck outside. The value on this was superb and the host had excellent communication with us.

Great location quiet and beautiful view. Walking distance tho market coffee shop and popular hang out bar “Truck Stop”. Comfortable for our family vacation. Lourdes was a Great Manager. Communication was excellent. She response within minutes.

This place is large and a secluded villa. Just north of the hustle and bustle of downtown, this place was a welcomed escape after a night on the town. The rooms are spacious and the villa is very accommodating to daily living. Would stay at again and recommend to friends and family!

Wonderfull home. Perfect location. Gated community within walking distance to everything. Cant say enough on how nice this villa was for our family.

This is definitely the most accommodating place that you can stay without being at a resort. the house was beautiful and far enough out of the city center that it was quiet at night. I'd say this was the perfect middle ground to a resort stay or a hostel. Great for young groups or family's who enjoy cooking and sitting outside.

Amazing place. My friends and I had a great week here. Centrally located enough to get around everywhere as long as you have a golf cart! Quiet, safe, spacious and super clean! Would stay here again 100%!!
