Important Information

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, but we will do our best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.

• The minimum age for all guests is 25, excluding children traveling with their parents.
• Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10:00 p.m. may result in a fine.
• Extra-person fees apply after the eighth guest.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and other events are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and an event fee has been paid.
• Nudity, disorderly conduct, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning, and guests are fully responsible for paying them.

Occupancy

The total number of people allowed at the property at any time is limited to the contracted number of guests listed on the reservation. The renter must disclose the total number of people in the group, along with the name of every group member. See the property rules for additional terms.

Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Holiday and Spring Break Policies

• A seven-night minimum stay applies for December 25 and January 1.
• If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval. An additional deposit is required.
