This private villa in Pedregal spans 4,500 square feet and features four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Casa Soñara accommodates up to eight guests with four king-size beds, each bedroom including its own private bathroom. The villa was remodeled in 2018.

Important Information

• Minimum guest age is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
• Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 p.m. in gated communities may result in fines.
• Additional fees apply for guests beyond the eighth person.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties are only allowed with prior authorization and payment of an event fee.
• Occupancy limits must be respected; the renter must disclose the total number of guests and their names.
• Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, disrespect toward security personnel, and excessive noise may result in fines up to $3,000 without warning. Guests are responsible for these fines.
• A seven-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups require approval and an additional deposit.
