Mauricio and the rest of their team was extremely responsive and always had hospitality at the top of their mind. Mauricio is local and was present at the time of our arrival. He ensured our check in went smoothly and we also got to see him a couple of times during our stay. We had a total of 22 girls stay at the property and everyone was extremely comfortable the entire time. The property also had daily housekeeping, maintenance, and chefs (separate service) on-site, which made the experience all the more pleasurable. What stood out the most at this property was the attention to detail. From having Mauricio coordinating literally everything, to our little thank you notes at check out, to our welcome goodies, everything! This place really has it figured out. If you're hesitating to book - DONT! I would also take advantage of the other paid services they have to offer. It may not be the cheapest around, but it's trustworthy and worth it. Words cannot describe the house and the stay in Tulum Mexico thank you to Patricia who helped us Keep our place clean and was very friendly and personable. Thank you to the host who was very responsive whenever needed. The pool was pristine and we enjoyed swimming in it daily. Thank you for the thoughtful breakfast on our last day there it was very nice and tasty. I could not have asked for a better birthday celebration.!!

Mauricio and all of the staff were fantastic. The jungle kitchen menu was also very good. We had lunch multiple times. Excellent. Solid gym for those that work out. And actually prefer it’s a bit secluded. Would recommend arranging transportation prior to arrival for the duration of your stay. Mauricio can help you with EVERYTHING. Will be back.

I celebrated my 40th at this cinematic, brand-new nine-bedroom villa in Tulum—each suite has its own plunge pool—and it was flawless. On Jérôme’s advice we booked Chef Laura (do it!): she co-designed our menus, respected allergies, and wowed us with fresh fish, lobster, and BBQ. The property’s a playground—long lap pool, temazcal, yoga space, cinema, billiards, games—so we happily stayed in for four days. Jérôme and Mauricio delivered true 5-star concierge care (clear group chat, lightning-fast replies), arranged sound healing on arrival, and even hosted us for lunch on the last day. A rare gem—book with eyes closed, 1000% recommend.

Jerome’s place was fantastic. For our group we had everything we needed and more. The pool and dining areas were great places to relax and gather. Having our own rooms provided the privacy we all needed as well to decompress from the day. The concierge was great to work with. We had excellent meals for us by the chef services which added to our comfort. And the daily housekeeping was perfect.

Celebrated my 30th birthday with a large group and had an amazing time! The pool was incredible as well as the other amenities. There were so many different spaces to hang out in so you never felt cramped or on top of each other even with 20 people. The architecture of the villa was breathtaking. Highly recommend

We had the best time at Hacienda Babylon -- such a beautiful property. We were a group of 11 people and Jerome was very responsive, connected me with the concierge Mauricio who was amazing to work with. He helped coordinate everything for the trip, very responsive, very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He made the trip very easy & smooth for us all.

I stayed at Hacienda Babylon with 10 people and we had a fantastic time. Jerome connected me with the concierge Mauricio who was absolutely wonderful. He helped me coordinate everything for the trip including but not limited to ground transfers, a boat day, catering, reservations, and decorations. All went smoothly and he connected us with incredible people and companies. With many properties in Tulum, this property is in the jungle so prepare for bugs and bumpy roads! Things inevitably came up where I had to contact Mauricio and he was always extremely responsive and even went out of his way to run a favor for us. Our trip to Tulum would not have been as remarkable if we did not stay at Hacienda Babylon. Highly recommend.
