4BR Luxury Villa

Villa Royal is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The views, location, and quality of the house are incredible and exactly as described in the listing. The house is spacious, with amazing outdoor spaces and easy access to the town (the walk back is uphill but doable or very easy to call an uber). The highlight was the service quality. Wendy, the housekeeper, cooked fantastic breakfast with any groceries we provided, was attentive, and having a freshly cleaned home everyday made our vacation so relaxing. Cris, the concierge, helped us organize an incredible boat day and was extremely responsive. Additionally, the house is in a gated community with 24/7 security which made us feel incredibly safe.

We had an amazing trip and stay at this house. We would stay there again. Highly recommend having Cris set up transportation to/from airport then renting golf carts to come and go from house. Was very easy to get around that way. Cris and rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for sure!!!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Royal! The views were stunning & the house & layout were perfect for our family. The house was immaculate & pool & outdoor spaces were just as described only better. We enjoyed relaxing mornings at the pool & delicious breakfast made by Wendy, the house Mom. Cris, was amazing. Always very helpful & responsive. Helping us arrange excursions (the Sunset Cruise was one we will never forget) & she also helped us get some short notice dinner reservations, during a very busy New Years Week. Definitely all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! We hope to come back some day.

Place was amazing

Fantastic place to stay! I stayed here with 4 couples and it did not feel cramped at all! Wendy was great at keeping the place tidy and Cris was super helpful with check in and recommendations, she was always a message away. The pool was awesome and pics don’t do the views justice. The beach is a 15 min walk away but the walk home can be challenging going up the hill. Groceries are also a 2 min drive away.

I loved my stay at Stay in Tamarindo. Cris was very responsive. As our concierge, we told her what we wanted to do, she set it all up; we has some great excursions. She was always a text message away. The view of the house was perfect. Housekeeping and groundskeeper did a phenomenal job; they kept the house clean. Our drivers, we loved them. Only scary thing was a steep road to the house, but everyone is so skilled what they do; we didn’t encounter any issue. I would book it again in the future. This team is phenomenal. Had a wonderful 5 days stay🥰

From the gated, secure entrance with 24 hour watch, to Christina our concierge and her highly accessibility and availability, we loved every bit of this Villa. Wendy our house keeper and chef not only kept the place pristine everyday, but was gracious enough to prepare us “off the menu” fresh pico, shrimp ceviche and tuna ceviche for when we arrived back to the villa after diving. The views were amazing! The shopping was fun and the restaurants and night life was exactly what we hoped for! We will definitely be back to Tamarindo and hope to book with Christina again. Thank you so much! And I wish I could take Wendy back home with us!

Our stay at Villa Royal was something special. The home was beautiful snd had everything you need. Everywhere we looked we noticed how well it was designed and built. The pool and palapa was amazing and the views were spectacular!! Cristina (our concierge) helped us with all our travel and adventure details while Wendy cooked up some great Costa Rican breakfasts! We would definitely stay here again!

The Villa Royal Home in Tamarindo was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend for friends and family that are looking a 5 star place to stay in Tamarindo. As a clean freak the home was spotless, not to mention it is cleaned everyday besides Sunday. The views were breath taking and relaxing all at the same time, especially with the beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to most places we went throughout the town; however, in some cases it may be best to get a ride. Cristina was amazing! She was very responsive and helped our group out tremendously when needed. We wouldn't even look to stay anywhere else if in Tamarindo again.

We had an absolutely AMAZING time at Villa Royal in Tamarindo. We went with another family and the house was perfectly suited for the 8 of us (4 kids, 4 adults). Everything about the villa was outstanding - from the spotless bedrooms and bathrooms - all with a view - to the beautiful pool and absolutely stunning vistas. It's hard to believe but the pictures actually don't do the view justice - it is even better than it looks. We had so much fun enjoying board games in the little thatched hut and swimming in the pool. The villa is very close to town (about a $4 USD uber ride - or a 15 minute walk). It is on top of a steep hill but we were able to walk it (even with the kids) just fine. Wendy made the best breakfasts and kept the place spotless the whole time. Cris was responsive to our questions and helped to organize surf lessons for our kids. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to go back some day.
