The Space

With a total area of 4,000 square feet, including 2,800 square feet of interior space and 1,200 square feet of balcony and patio, the living area is expansive and inviting. The balcony and interior combine to create a roomy environment perfect for relaxation or entertaining.

The condo boasts stunning views from every room, including ocean, mountain, and cityscapes. The sunset side features a private patio, while the sunrise side offers a large balcony equipped with ample seating and chaise lounges for six or more guests.

The fully equipped kitchen and bar area include a refrigerator with dual ice makers and a walk-in pantry/laundry room. The living room is furnished with a 70-inch smart TV and soundbar, and the bar area includes a beverage refrigerator.

WiFi is upgraded and available throughout the condo and outdoor spaces, with speeds ranging from 200 to 120 Mbps.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are four sleeping areas with four separate air conditioning units, each with its own thermostat:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, 55-inch smart TV, large ensuite bathroom, double closets with a safe, and private air conditioning control. Offers gorgeous ocean views.
• Bedroom 2: California King bed, 55-inch smart TV, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning thermostat, closet with a safe, work station, and attached patio with a dining table for four and two chaise lounges. Features city and mountain views.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 65-inch smart TV, air conditioning thermostat, and two luggage racks. A three-quarter bathroom is located just outside the door.
• Sitting Room: Double sleeper sofa located near the entryway, across from the powder room. The living room air conditioning thermostat is also here.

Location

This penthouse-style condo is situated just steps from the famous Medano Beach, known as the best swimming beach in Cabo. It is also close to some of Cabo’s finest dining options.

The Marina, Puerto Paraiso Shopping Mall, and Chedraui Super Market (inside the mall) are within a five-minute walk. The well-known restaurant “The Office” is only a four-minute walk away.

The building is a boutique complex with 21 units, occupying half of the floor in the center of Medano Beach.

Guest Access

Guests enter the condo via a private elevator requiring a key provided by the host. No key is needed to access the lobby from the garage. A lobby door code will be given upon arrival.

The unit offers handicap parking and entry without stairs.

Additional Notes

• Please do not throw anything off the balconies as items may fall into the unit below or the pool.
• The trash chute is located in a common area outside the back door of the condo. Please keep the chute door locked using the key in the door.
• While the air conditioning is running, keep sliding doors closed to maintain efficiency.
• Occasional noise may be experienced due to the central location.
