The Space

The property is an easy two-minute walk from Dominical Beach and an eight-minute walk from Dominical’s shopping and dining district. Bars, restaurants, and a grocery store are all nearby and within walking distance.

The fenced and gated villa is accessible by two-wheel-drive vehicles and includes:

The villa offers a comfortable home base for families, two or three couples, or small groups. No four-wheel-drive vehicle is necessary, and the villa is approximately 50 yards from one of the country’s best surfing beaches.

Arrival and Parking

Enter the two-wheel-drive-accessible property through a private, secure gate using an entry code assigned specifically to your visit. Parking is available for two vehicles.

Handmade, double-wide Costa Rican wood doors open into the spacious living room, which features 20-foot-high custom cedar ceilings. Wall-to-wall accordion-style patio doors provide views of the private pool and open completely, bringing the tropical surroundings into the living space.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Primary Bedroom

The air-conditioned primary bedroom features:

• A comfortable king-size mattress
• Crisp white linens
• A handmade Costa Rican Guanacaste wood bed
• Views of lush tropical gardens
• A private terrace
• A private en suite bathroom

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, Bali-style sinks, a granite vanity surface, and custom tilework. Handmade Costa Rican wood nightstands and a bench at the foot of the bed complete the room.

Step onto the private terrace to enjoy the sounds of toucans and macaws visiting the property. Tropical plants surround the villa, creating a secluded garden setting.

Additional Bedrooms

The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size mattress, crisp white linens, and a handmade Costa Rican Guanacaste wood bed.

The third bedroom features comfortable twin mattresses on handmade Costa Rican Guanacaste wood bed frames. Upon request, the beds can be converted into a single king-size bed.

Both additional bedrooms include:

• A private terrace
• A fully equipped en suite bathroom
• A walk-in shower
• A Bali-style sink

The living room sofa can also be converted into a queen-size bed upon request to accommodate additional guests.

Living Room

The spacious living room features 20-foot cedar ceilings, a large comfortable sofa, and armchairs. Relax while watching the 75-inch Smart TV, which includes English- and Spanish-language cable stations and Netflix. The television can also be viewed from the pool.

Beach towels, chairs, and straw mats are provided for your short walk to the beach. Enjoy spectacular sunsets throughout your stay.

Larger Groups

For wedding parties, reunions, or larger groups, both villas can be rented together to accommodate up to 16 guests. Please inquire if you are interested in renting the entire compound.
