My family and I were looking for a place to get away from the city and be in touch with nature. We also found reading material—some beautiful books that we were able to enjoy. We went for walks, and we were always busy. This place also encourages healthy family time; it doesn't have a TV because you would never need one. Recommended.

The good: the view is stunning. Very stocked with kitchen supplies. The pizza oven is awesome. The bad: Lumpiest bed I’ve slept on in years. The “Swiss suicide” shower - foreigners may be rightfully concerned to have to flip the switch on (wear shoes when you do it!). Nowhere to store your clothes. Towels should be replaced. The fridge was unplugged, which made it inconvenient to store our groceries upon arrival. At midnight, the motion sensor sounds the alarm, if you’re on the back patio. The ugly: Excessive termite droppings in the queen bed and all over the bedside table and floor. Leak from bathroom ceiling during storm. No apology from the host, though we spoke on the phone about it. It’s one thing to be responsive in communication, it’s another to be responsible for the conditions of your place. She did not seem concerned that her house is infested with termites and her roof is leaking. We also found a few bugs: cockroach, millipede, and termite. 1st negative review I’ve left.

We stayed only one night but the truth is that the place is amazing and we would have loved to stay longer. It is a super well-equipped cabin, it has everything you need to cook and be comfortable for several days. The patio is huge and has a terrace that I think would be perfect to come with friends and have a barbecue. It's a super nice place!! 100% recommended

We booked this stay to visit the nearby thermal hot springs and had a wonderful experience. We arrived late in the evening but had no trouble finding the main entrance and locating the cabin in the dark. The cabin is beautiful and, although it was a bit cold, they provided plenty of blankets. The stay was great; it was very clean and comfortable, and the hot water worked well. We truly enjoyed our time here.

The place is beautiful. Extraordinary. A beautiful rustic house on a very well-kept property overlooking the mountains. It has everything you need to get away from the city for a few days and enjoy the calm of the countryside. In addition, Lilliana was an excellent host and was always attentive to help us.

This is a lovely location with a beautiful garden and nice view. It would be nice for a family, lots of space and things to do. There was one bedroom with a door, a queen bed and 2 bunks. The other “bedroom” is just the end of the living room. It has 2 bunks and no door just a curtain to separate it from the living room. For 3 adult friends, there wasn’t as much privacy as we expected. The photos don’t show how the rooms are really laid out. The hosts seemed to be out of town and we were greeted by a friendly tico.
