4BR Villa in Panajachel

Xenia’s home was absolutely delightful—truly a hidden gem. The photos don’t do it justice at all. My group and I immediately felt how clean, calm, and beautiful the space was. Everything was thoughtfully maintained, from the spotless floors to the hot showers and reliable WiFi. The home had all the essentials we needed to fully enjoy every part of our trip. We also had the pleasure of meeting her wonderful housekeeper and handyman, who were both incredibly kind, responsive, and reliable. As a bonus, we got to meet Toby, the rescue dog, who was so fun to be around and completely stole our hearts. This stay exceeded our expectations, and I would absolutely love to return. Obsessed!

We LOVED staying here. Sad we didn’t get the first night as we unexpectedly had to stay in Guatemala City an extra night but it was truly an amazing stay. Maria, the house keeper is the sweetest. The house is welcoming and almost like a museum! Perfect for large families. The dog Toby was well loved, he will either sleep outside or come in, if you let him. The house was SPOTLESS and you can tell it is very well taken care of. Walter is also so sweet and will help you with anything you need. Xenia was super responsive and even checked in on us when we didn’t arrive as planned. This place is a Gem! Maria and Walter take care of the place as if it were their own and make you feel like family. We will be back! We are grateful to have found it and for the experience. 10/10 stay here!

We had a fabulous stay at Xenia's, and the staff at the house was super accomodating and professional. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, and really felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the large grounds and garden and had a wonderful time with our family in this home. We enjoyed the location in the busy town of Panajachel. It is a few blocks up from the market, which is quieter while still being accessible and walkable to the main busy points in town. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful house outside Panajachel center. If you are looking for tranquility this is the ideal place. There is a super cute and calm dog that we loved! Every day there are around two to three people who come to do the cleaning and the garden, to take into account if you like discretion. On our side, it was very useful. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We didn't have hot water for two days because there was no gas, but as soon as we reported it, it was resolved. So the host is very responsive. We enjoyed our time in this house and we recommend it for a nice family stay! We'll probably go back!

I’ve stayed at this home now on three occasions. It is a large home with 4 roomy bedrooms and 3 full baths. Her staff keeps it immaculate both inside and outside. Xenia is easy to communicate with and responds quickly.

Xenia was very friendly and gave us very precise instructions. The house is very nice, clean, safe and in a very good location.

the place is extremely spacious, and super high ceiling ...enough parking for multiple cars. on site staff are present to help. bed and sheets are excellent, quiet neighborhood, safe, gated... etc... awesome place and host... thanks Xenia for letting us stay

Excellent place , we had such a lovely stay. Maria the cleaning lady was so welcoming along with Walter.. my family and I we had such a great time …very close to downtown , and to the lake …

Be prepared to be WOWed! The house and the property is so much more impressive than the photos can convey. Xenia thought of everything. The kitchen is full stocked with dishes, cookware, and more if you are wanting to do you own cooking. The beds are super comfortable, the living spaces are luxurious and incredibly comfortable. The grounds are pristinely landscaped. The house is on the edge of Pana so everything is walkable (or a quick tuk tuk ride) into town, but once you back at the house, it feels like a true retreat. We would definitely come back for another week at Xenia's place.

Our family spent an entire month in Xenia’s place and wish it could have been longer! What a wonderful experience in Panajachel! The place was spacious and had the comfort of feeling like home! With a large family of 6 kids, we had more than enough room for them to explore, run around and stay entertained throughout the entire stay! Our family truly felt welcomed by Maria (housekeeper) and Walter (handy-man) who were very helpful throughout our entire stay. They were around when you needed them. Also, Toby (house dog) was an amazing companion and our children fell in love with him! The front porch is a place where we hung out almost half the time because of the weather & view it has towards the garden & mountain. Working remote is easy, great bandwidth for video calls, teleconferencing & online presentations. Stores are just across the street for daily needs. Plenty of local activities - running, nature center & shopping! Close enough to walk and far enough for privacy! Will be back!
