The Space

Sayan Tropical is a luxury beachfront condominium in Puerto Vallarta. It is close to the restaurants, beaches, nightlife, and attractions of the Romantic Zone and the city, while remaining just beyond the main hustle, bustle, and noise.

Located on the 10th and 11th floors, this spacious duplex penthouse offers spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta from both terraces. The residence includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a den, and a heated private pool.

Lower Level

The restaurant is exclusively available to condominium owners, renters, and their guests, allowing for attentive service. It offers high-quality food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Guest Access and Check-In

Guests will receive the property manager’s contact information after booking, and the guests’ contact information will be provided to the property manager.

The check-in agent or property manager will meet guests at the entrance to Sayan Tropical with the keys and explain the use of the appliances, internet, telephone, television, and other equipment. The same representative will assist with check-out.

All guests must be individually listed at check-in to access the property. Visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest at all times while on the premises.

Concierge and Local Services

The property manager’s office acts as a personal concierge and can provide information about Puerto Vallarta or arrange:

Taxis and Transportation

Security staff can arrange a taxi, typically with a wait time of no more than five minutes. Uber is also available and may be less expensive.

Airport transportation can be arranged in advance using a regular sedan, larger sport utility vehicle, or Suburban-style vehicle for larger groups and additional luggage. Pricing is available upon request.

Airport Information

At Puerto Vallarta International Airport, collect your luggage and proceed toward the arrivals area. To exit, you must pass through a corridor with timeshare vendors. Ignore the vendors and continue straight through.

Travel time by taxi to Sayan Tropical is approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Airport Taxi Instructions

If you prefer an airport taxi:

1. Purchase a ticket at one of the airport taxi booths.
2. Tell the attendant your destination and show the map.
3. Request a receipt.
4. Keep one copy of the receipt; the driver will give the other copy to the clerk as you leave the airport.

Sayan Tropical is in Zone 2. A taxi for up to three people costs approximately 300 pesos, or nearly $17 USD. The receipt helps protect against overcharging. Tips are expected and appreciated.

Air Conditioning and Electricity

Keep all sliding glass terrace doors and other windows closed whenever the air conditioning is operating. Leaving terrace doors, bedroom windows, or bathroom windows open while the air conditioning runs for an extended period may cause water damage to the ceiling.

Electricity is expensive, so please use the air conditioning thoughtfully. Turn it off using the controls in the living room and each bedroom in the morning and before leaving the property. When you return, the apartment will cool in less than five minutes after the air conditioning is switched back on.

House Guidelines

The unit has delicate flooring and light-colored furniture. Sunscreen and tanning products must not be used inside, as they may cause stains. Showers are available in the common areas for rinsing off before entering the unit.

Sofa

• Wear a shirt when sitting on the sofa.
• Do not place wet clothing on the furniture or chairs.
• If sleeping on the sofa, use a sheet from the closet drawers.

These guidelines help maintain hygiene and prevent perspiration from staining the upholstery.

Furniture

Do not leave wet clothing on stained wood furniture, as it may transfer stains to the fabric. Use the towel holders in the guest bathrooms. Clothing may dry more quickly outdoors, but it must not be placed on the terrace glass railing.

Showers

Wipe excess water from the marble floor after showering to prevent puddles and water stains.

Additional Services

Daily cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional charge. Pricing is available upon request, and the request must be made when the reservation is confirmed.

A private chef is also available upon request for a reasonable fee.

Occupancy Restrictions

The number of guests listed on the reservation confirmation is the maximum number permitted to stay in the unit. Additional guests may be denied occupancy.

Right of Entry

The owner’s representative may enter the property at a reasonable time with prior notice to inspect the premises or perform duties required by the property owner.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

• Standard check-in: 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Check-ins after 6:00 PM: $25 USD in cash, payable directly to the check-in representative
• Late check-in fee: Applies even in cases of flight delays or traffic
• Early check-in: May be available at no charge if the property was vacant that day
• Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out: May be available at no charge if the property is not occupied that day

The property manager will meet guests at the front gate on arrival and complete the check-out process on the departure day.
